The person making my milkshake was rude to my boyfriend just for asking if they had a certain flavor. And again when he asked about the cup only being three quarters full as if he was supposed to know that it had to do with them merging with Dunkin and using the same cups or whatever the reason was.My milkshake was also just -fully- liquid and not enjoyable, so I dumped it. Not going back to this location.

We had the worst service today. We were given the tiniest 1 scoop of ice cream we have ever received at any Baskin Robbins. The cake cones were stale. The sign out front of the drive thru says both Baskins Robbins and Dunkins donuts but when we pulled up to order ice cream they acted as if they didn't sale ice cream, so we go inside to receive the worst service ever! The one girl was training the other one to make the cones and she saw the girl making the baby sized ice cone and didn't correct her at all. I don't recommend coming to this location!

I made an order thru door dash for a PRE PACKAGED quart of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. Imagine my surprise when the order showed up and it was Oreo Cookies and Cream instead. No one checked with me about substitutions if that was needed or either no one paid attention in the first place. I’ve worked fast food so I try not to judge but I live close by and I know good and dern well the store was not so busy that my order couldn’t have been correct at 10am. I’ve called several times with no answer. Not sure how to run an establishment and no one is available to answer the phone but I digress. ? Very disappointed.

Was told that they don't have inventory because they can't pay BR.Their phone line is never answered.Also, apparently BR corporate doesn't read or, maybe, even care about the reviews here to see the number of bad reviews.The good news is Braum's is just one block away!

Ordered an ice cream cake online from this location. When I went to pick it up, they couldn’t find it. The manager called the cake decorator and apparently the cake decorator is two hours from this store, does only the orders she wants to and doesn’t tell the store when she doesn’t do them. Way to run a business. Got my money back but had to scramble for a new cake for my niece’s birthday party. As I was leaving the manager, who was helpful and apologetic, said, “don’t ever order a cake from our store.” Sound advice. Better yet, maybe avoid this store altogether.

Worst store ever ordered a cake for a birthday showed up at this location only to find my paid for cake was never made the mangers and staff very unconcerned and the manager made excuses I asked for a refund was told to take any cake from the freezer told them I wouldn’t benefit from it and I wanted my money back turns out the cake was old I still haven’t received my money and the birthday party was ruined The place was nasty ? no gloves DO NOT EAT here health department need to pay them a visit …..

Phone doesn’t work. Never has items in stock for Uber and many failed deliveries because of this.
I only ever get ice cream or milkshakes here and have yet to have a negative experience in my dozen+ visits. The milkshakes always hit even if they are a bit pricier than nearby competition

I ordered (through DoorDash) a 3 scoop sundae w/ marshmallow topping and cookie dough pieces.When I received it there was no marshmallow topping and no cookie dough pieces. Worst of all there weren't 3 scoops. Rather I found a sloppy attempt at making 2 scoops look fuller.And they didn't even get the ice cream flavors right.Simply horrible.
