Tried this spot for the first, and definitely last time. April 29th at noon.-The place had one customer already eating when we walked in. Placed our order, gentleman was very nice. THREE people appeared from the back of the restaurant and suddenly there were 4 TOGO orders being made ahead of ours- they had clearly been messing off in the back. We waited FOREVER for our food.-The cashier IVAN was possibly the rudest person we have encountered in a while- does not speak even when spoken to- we saw he had ear buds in so clearly hates dealing with customers. No smile, no thank you- no apology for the very long wait- NOTHING.-the restaurant was clearly not opened properly- there was no salt available and no forks- and we took the last knife-the ladies room had a strong smell of urine and no TP in one of the stalls.-overall it seems very poorly run, it appears it is mostly kids being supervised by kids and no standards. The man that took our order was great. Great ended there. Food was just shy of average..

We went to try out their gluten free pizza, the reviews are very positive. Although we arrived at noon long after they opened the staff seemed very disorganized and ill prepared. Three out of the four of the ones we saw were ok but the one at the register was a total jerk. I believe he was the manager and not only was he a jerk when we talked with him but I saw him interact with other customers and employees and he was the same to all. The pizza was pretty good, definitely not the best we have had, and it was not very quick (as advertised). It took over 20 minutes to get our food and there was no one there when we arrived. For the price this experience and food was not worth it. Hopefully someone addresses this employee/managers bad attitude.

Wow! I’ll never go back to this location. The employees obviously have never been trained on customer service. They all acted like they didn’t want to be there. The girl taking the orders talked so quietly I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times.The preparation surface was filthy and I saw no attempt at cleaning anything. I was in the store for a while.When we got there and ordered, there were about 8 orders ahead of us, no one else was inside waiting. They took their time and FINALLY got to our orders after we stood there a while.Pizza was burnt and subpar.Find another pizza place to go to.

Stood in long line just to get burnt pizza it was inedible staff quickly dismissed me and told me to get back in the long line to remake the pizza , I couldn't believe how rude this staff was, and this was my first time and last coming here. Extremely rude no quality of care in making the food cleanliness was questionable & second pizza was not better never again better off getting DiGiorno
