Received almost $40 for two meals of cold, dried, old, inedible food. The food had a spoiled smell. I drove past Grand Prairie and Pioneer locations bc GP is closed down and Pioneer is “short staffed” all the way to Arlington to receive literal garbage. When I called to complain I was directed to their online form. I used to work at this location many years ago and I know the care we took in preparing a great product. This was disappointing, sad, and I hope the company will return my every dime.

I was able to keep within budget for my department luncheon. Easy process and food was good. Sides need to be bigger.

Would give zero stars if possible. Have been going to this location for years with positive reviews, however since the first of the year this location has gone downhill. I understand COVID and lack of employees and supply chain caused issues early on but the last two times I’ve gone they were closed during normal hours and tonight at 6:30 pm had no chicken. I will give them one more try before they strike out totally!

Dryer than the Sahara, broccoli was at least few days old, pork sandwich was no flavor. There's what appears to be black mold forming near the air conditioning vents in the dining room. And the restrooms loom like no one has cleaned it or maintained it for a long time. Go somewhere else is all I can say.

It's says here store closes at 9pm I was at the drive-through at 8:40 and the speaker says they're already closed. This location needs help.Update: The point is to stay on top of it and keep the us informed. Post the times make updates to Google so we know and don't waist our time. Not doing this is how you lose customers.

Just left. Meal was horrible. Meatloaf was very cold. Chicken was cold. And the staff, well they were not welcoming at all. Most of the drinks were out. They should close

I'm currently sitting in the parking lot for my curbside pick up but no one will answer the phone to bring my order out. This is so unprofessional and so not ok.

This store needs attention! Tuesday evening 8:43 pm, I pulled up to the drive-thru window and did not work. I was confused because Google hours say open till 9. They had a paper sign in the front of the window saying they were open before I drove in. Well I drove around the store and their was 2 employees I saw inside putting away food. A young man came outside. I asked him if they were open and he said “no, we ran out chicken”. CRAZY, right??? but then he said “usually are opened until 9”.I mean if you are out chicken, you can at least offer other items until closing, but still service the drive-thru. Now if you’re just being lazy and lying to close early, then you don’t need to work.I’m a huge fan of Boston Market, but this location is driving down the brand with their customer service.

So nice to have a place serving food, that takes a long time to prepare. Rotisserie chicken, baby back ribs, meatloaf etc. is in your mouth a minute or 2 after you order it. They even have a drive thru that is fast as a burger joint.

One of the worst experiences I have had at any restaurant. Walked in at 11 (they opened at 10:30), stood at the counter for 5 minutes while one worker brought out all of the utensils for the food. He never greeted us, just rudely asked what we wanted. I asked for a large meatloaf (he gave me a regular size) with roasted potato wedges and mac and cheese. The potato wedges may as well have been mashed potatoes because they were very mushy. He did not stir the mac and cheese so I got noodles with water (the water was sitting on top of the cheese, I did not eat any). I had to tell him myself to stir the mac and cheese before he gave some to my wife. I asked for a side of BBQ sauce and he went to the back to pour me a big bowl of cold BBQ sauce which is very strange because I was looking at BBQ sauce right at the counter which is what they usually give me. I was not sure if he tampered with it so I did not eat it. It was warmer in the store than it was outside (it was 95° outside). We did not get greeted coming in nor said goodbye to when we left. Instead the employee sat behind the counter hiding on his cell phone. We used to eat here once a week for lunch but I can say we will not be back here anytime soon.**Update to my original review** - I emailed this email address that the Regional Director told me to email. It has been a week and I have yet to receive an email back. TERRIBLE customer service.

Well that was a weird experience. They took forever to take our order, then said they're out of every meat but some kind of specific chicken & meatloaf, then she said the chicken would be a 45 minute wait. So finally we order the meatloaf and the woman taking our order said "hold on one moment" and left. The ordering menu was also mostly gone. Sorry to have bothered you, won't come back! ?
