This is the worst BK I've been to. Last week waited in the drive thru for five minutes. No response. Drove up to the window and waited another 3 minutes. I could not see any employees, but there were some customers inside. I just left. Tried the place out again today. No luck. Drive thru ask me to wait a moment. 4 minutes later, I asked if anyone was there, got a response to hang on. Drove to the window and ask for a manager and was told she wasn't there yet.I would wait a few months before going to the location on North Cooper by I30. Need new employees, manager or both.

One of the best BK I have been to. I ordered from the app and picked up at the drive thru window. The young woman who handed me the food was very courteous and the food itself was very hot. Other BK’s I have been to have served me cold food.

The guy that works alone in the morning, is not the best of employee he was not listening to my order, had everything wrong I had to correct him as he was making the order alone, not to mention he had an odor on him that makes it so I won’t be going back again to that location not to mention the hash browns are so undercooked they are un eatable. The sandwich taste weird,

Guadalupe and Lesile are the rudest employees. I asked for a receipt to show proof of my purchase for management at work and they flat out told me the machine is broken and refused to accommodate me in any manner. I asked for their name they refused at first. I asked for corporate number they told me go around the building for it they were to busy. I told them both to write the number down again they both refused. Corporate is just as trash because the automated machine cuts you off, the wait time is disrespectful and in the off chance you get someone no one returns your call. They need to shut this garbage place down the reviews aren't an exaggeration they are horrible.

Where to start! My kids were actually starting to choose Burger King over McDonald’s but after today at this location my family will no longer be ordering from here my oldest and my youngest both had STAPLES in their fries I wasted a good amount on food here through DoorDash but how would staples be in the fries when they are shut with back to back tape it was hard to open the bag on top of the staples being found in the fries my children’s kids meals were not a FULL MEAL some only came with cold cold fries!

Just rude. Waited at speaker 2 minutes nobody said hi. I kept saying hello and nobody said anything. So I’m thinking they are closed.Then lady says order when you are ready. I go to order and she goes quiet and another minute goes by I said hello she goes give me one minute. I waited longer than a minute. Then a guy came on the headset and basically was rushing me like I was an inconvenience to them. First and last time to this dumpster of a Burger King. Better service at crappy McDonalds and that’s sad.i will be doing another review on my receipt so they know how horrible they are.Tried to do the complaint but they ripped my receipt where I couldn’t get store number and tried calling the phone and phone “doesnt work”.I will find a way because today’s experience was y far the worst experience I ever experienced. I don’t know how they’re still in business if there complaints outweighs the good ones. CHANGE YIUR EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER!!! TRAIN THEM TO HAVE RESPECT FOE OTHERS

Awful. Nobody in the place at lunchtime should have warned me. Took 20 minutes to make a soggy sorry chicken wrap with just a tiny piece of lettuce inside accompanying a dry chicken breast. Cold French fries with no salt or ketchup provided. Ordered bottled water and got a cup of tap water with ice... really people?Yuck.

New management or something. Decided to visit again after bad experience 8 months ago. I held a grudge. Anyways, this time was great! Good attitude in the drive through, decent window time. Looked clean. Got my order right. I have renewed faith in this location.
