First time eating here and I ordered 2 special burgers to go, waited like 25 - 30min when they hardly had people ordering. Got my order and went home and when I opened the bag realized they only gave me one burger with two orders of onion rings and fries. I went back and their excuse was “ oh yeah its been happening”. So I order another one and pay for it and they only gave me 5 dollars off for the cold fries waiting for me at home.

I went to Burger Fi for the first time yesterday in Arlington. The manager Neisha was very helpful and professional and the cashier was very patient and helpful while I decided what I wanted. I had the regular Angus burger with regular fries and my friend had the veggie burger and fries. These burgers were so delicious!!!! We will be a customer from now on! The ranch dressing was awesome also!!!! You gotta try this place out!!

I believe, especially in times like these, that customer service and belief in a product or service rendered is paramount. Tasha is the name I want you to remember.Tasha is exactly who you want to be greeted by, who you want handling your food, who you are happy to tip.I've been to this location multiple times and she has consistently stood out.Smash Burger has great burgers, BurgerFi has great burgers *and* great employees like Tasha.

I've visited this location 3-4 times over COVID. Disappointed unfortunately.Now charging for extra ranch? $1 each? After paying $15 for a SINGLE sandwich and regular fries, you wanna charge $1 each for a tiny thing of ranch. Get real.If you're trying to cut costs, maybe stop killing trees and get rid of these ridiculous individual boxes for our burgers. Also, maybe let people know you'll be Charging the same price on cups but shrinking the size.At least they for the first time all year they have a floor that doesn't make my shoes make an outrageous sticky sound when I walk. Frustrated I love the food here but really, I can't afford this price when I don't even have a service that matches it.

Most inconsistent resturant. Constantly get orders wrong. Do not recommend based off of poor service.
Went today 10-28-20, first time in, the lady at the register was super nice very cheerful and helpful, ordered the CEO Burger, ugh look at the pics one is what I expected the other was the dry burger they served me, doesn't look anything like the pic, apparently the cook couldn't care less about the quality he's sending out of the kitchen. Fries were good and plentiful but you don't go for the fries you go for the burger.

Can't review the food. Tried to order dinner tonight, but as I was placing my order an entitled dinner interrupted and the employee turned to address the other person, who was waiting for his order and disappeared into the kitchen. They obviously did not want my business and I will happily take it elsewhere. Byebi Bugerfi

Stopped by this amazing burger place while my car was being serviced next store and WOW! Wonderful customer service and so kind. The burger was delicious and the shake is GOOD. Neisha helped me and was so kind and informative. Definitely will be coming back and shout out to Neisha for be awesome!

It's amazing. The food was quick and tasted great. The best burger I've had in a long time. The fries were great as well. I got the chili cheese fries with my order and was very impressed. The service was great too.

Absolutely delicious! The serving size in my opinion is huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. I got the double bacon cheeseburger, regular fries, and a drink for $11.The quality is amazing. And I recommend you try the onion rings. I hate onions, but the ones here are delicious! The ratio between breading and onion is perfect. I'm definitely coming back soon.
