We tried this restaurant several years ago when we first moved to Arlington but it was not a good experience at all. However, my niece and brother recently moved here and both said they really liked it. After finding out it was under new ownership we gave it another try and have been coming frequently ever since. We love the owners and their family and the food is really good. It's an added plus that it's so close. We highly recommend it and will keep coming back.

I am a frequent diner here and I love it every single time. Food is delicious and every plate is unique. My favorites are the chicken flameada and the bistek ranchero.

First time here & they definitely need to improve. The food was okay. The presentation of it definitely could’ve been better. It was like a lot of the food was just thrown together. They seemed understaffed but our waiter was cool! Had a slight sense of humor. But other than that I wouldn’t eat here again. Nothing looked clean & overall everything just seemed like nobody really cared to be there.

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and had a great experience. Our server was named Karissa (sp?) and she was not only energetic but had great communication skills. The food was brought out in a timely manner although the papussas that we ordered took a little extra time; not an issue as the wait was worth it. The white queso appetizer was thick and creamy and was very satisfying. Chips and salsa were delicious. For our main entrees, I ordered the Mitchell's Favorite (two enchiladas, beef taco, and steak fajita taco). My girlfriend ordered the Fiesta Enchiladas (three different enchiladas). Overall, the enchiladas with chicken were moist and flavorful. The cheese enchiladas were packed with cheese. The owner/manager (Jose) came over to greet us and to ensure our meal and service were outstanding. This restaurant, although it has been here since the 80's, has been updated and should be a must try. My girlfriend and I definitely recommend this place.

Another adventure and it came with food. We love to sample a different menu and how other people use foods we are not accustomed to. The Sunday lunch time started off a bit slow with just a few people there. As the afternoon approached 2:00, the crowd had expanded to a normal gathering. The meal was relaxing and not rushed. Started with chips and salsa and a side of dark bean dip. I had a mix between fajita and chimichanga. Soft rolled flower tortilla stuffed with brisket. Typical sides of beans and rice. My host had a plantain with a mixture of other ingredients that looked like a fat pancake. Another corn based with potatoes. It was enjoyable. Have not been here in over 20 years. New management. New menu. Salvador food.

This unique spot serves both Mexican and Salvadoran food. The chicken enchiladas here are the most seasoned and delicious that I have ever gotten anywhere! Highly recommend trying them! Other favorites include their Papusas, and their black bean dip on chips. If you want delicious food for a fair price, try out this amazing restaurant!
