Went to Cava for the first time and it was a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious! they had roasted vegetables too and a variety of items to choose from. if you like mediterranean food i highly recommend! The service was great too, Ivey was a great help, she was patient with me, kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Staff were totally incompetent, the food was hilariously poor in every metric and the experience was one to forget. The girl taking our order had no clue which ingredients to use, often left us hanging while doing other tasks. The containers barely were filled up n the staff took their own sweet time to try n fill it while a queue was piling up. It’s too much to tolerate especially when you are very hungry and the bowl barely had a portion . Overall it was a bad outlet n bad food.

Exceptional experience at Cava restaurant! The food was fantastic, especially enjoyed the chicken bowl and falafel wrap. But what really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend for a delicious lunch stop, and I'll definitely be returning!

Eating at the Arlington Cava was a wonderful experience! Not only was the food DELICIOUS but the staff working there were all so kind and upbeat. Brett, the GM, personally greeted my colleague & I, and was very friendly and welcoming. Being a Cava first timer, he patiently helped me through the ordering process and made recommendations along the way. I am still drooling over the steak bowl he created for me and can’t wait to go back!

Went to pick up my food and the representatives don’t even say Hi. Food wasn’t ready in time so had to wait additional 5-10 minutes. They didn’t even call the name when the food was ready. Didn’t like the customer service.

Yesterday I came in at 8pm and they went out of spinach, super greens, chicken, steak and lentils. The chicken, lentils, spinach and super greens are exactly what we came in to buy 3 bowls worth of. The guy making the bowls told the women in the back that they were out and we witnessed her come around and yell at him that she said she isn’t cooking anymore. This place doesn’t close till 11pm. It ridiculous to not cook more of the foods and replenish so many of the items that are the bulk of the menu. We ended up getting one bowl and built it with what they had and filled it with chicken and lentils at home. We spend good money at Cava each month. This was our first and last time to this location. Period. Worst food and service period.
