Had to sit 20 minutes in the drive thru to get home and be given the wrong things. I ordered a family meal got three sm mash pots and gravy that was colored water. The staff was blaring music and having fun but not getting stuff right. Second time this has happened

The cheese sticks weren't cooked completely and were still cold. The service is not very friendly. It's as if these kids don't know how to smile and say hello. They act like they're out of an old Frankenstein movie - stiff and not personable on any level.

Would have given full 5 stars but i ordered 2 sides pickles and cheese sticks. Did you know they dont come with a dipping sauce? I asked for 1 ranch each and they wanted to charge me.Every other place comes with a dipping sauce.

This isn’t a tender! It’s bad enough that it cost 11$ for a four piece tenders combo now I’m getting nuggets instead. This is ver disappointing. Staff is always great!
The fried pickles were kinda nasty, but the chicken tenders and Mac and cheese was really good. Gravy had good flavor too, just won't order the pickles again here at this location.Would recommend not n going when AHS are at lunch. Students EVERYWHERE and majority of them do not care if u are in the car, they will walk out in front of u.

Food wasn’t hot and fresh this time I came. It usually is when the manager is around.One of the employees is very robotic when I came in and told them I asked for jalapeño ranch. I had to go the car just grab the receipt then went back to grab the gravy so he could throw it away and exchange it for jalapeño ranch. It was a pointless waste of both our times.
