This location was clean and well kept. I didn't eat anything. When we had an issue with a game, they addressed it timely even though they were short staffed.

I took my 6 year old, and he was so disappointed you had removed the animal-tronics from the building. He was all excited about seeing the animated Chuck-E- Cheese characters. It appears they have been removed. No notice was posted we saw.

The service here was very disappointing, employees not willing to fill out the salad bar area. Employees complaining about customers not leaving them tips. Person at register not paying close attention to what it is being ordered…. So make sure you double check your order when paying. Pizza taste was good, but did take them a long time to bring the order out… and the place is nearly empty today

Great place for a birthday party. I have always loved their security system and felt safe, but today was different. They just let me and my daughter walk out with like 5 of them standing there.

The manager Aaron failed to communicate with me that he would be coming to assist with one of the machines. After waiting patiently because I understand I'm not the only person in the building. I returned to the register for him to continue a side conversation with another employee while avoiding eye contact with me. Another attentive employee noticed me looking at him and motioned for him to help me. After aging what happened he said "oh I sent someone". Instead of Aaron the manager on duty explaining to me to return to the game I have a tech coming. He started oh I was checking on him about the trash. When I tried to mention that I know there customers are not always right here tried to be sarcastic and say your not a customer your a guest. Guests are treated like friends and family while he's being smart. Then when I asked for the telephone number he couldn't remember. But then as I'm looking to write the incident down and take note of the day he tries to tell me what day it is. Aaron, when your in situations like this the better thing to do is just apologize. You could have communicated, attempted to remedy the situation instead of trying to go back and forth with me. When the other larger guy came over he tried to clean it up by staying to say your right ma'am I'm sorry. You made a situation or of nothing so I have to contact and adult because I'm an adult and chose to play. That's not how things should be handled in a place like this. Having me loose my cool and making me look like a mad woman. Again unacceptable. To the head person in charge please help Aaron better understand how to handle small situations so they don't start to snow ball into larger ones. I spent over $100 not that I'm upset about that because I took my son so he could enjoy himself. But too receive the behavior from as manager. UNACCEPTABLE AARON. I enjoyed the other young ladies at the register with their prompt attention and customer service. I enjoyed the gentlemen who gave me my food Being handled sarcasticly by Aaron the manager unaccept. UNACCEPTABLE! ??? AARON ITS UNACCEPTABLE!
