I am so surprised. My last visit 3 years ago was awful here, so when hubby said churches I hesitated but thought hey 3 years maybe something has changed.It did. Name is churches Texas chicken. So I'll assume new owners. The guy that helped us was super awesome nice.. not used to nice and helpful from churches. Food was FRESH. Guy even came out to let us know it will take a minute which was super. Over all exp was great. Good upgrade Churches Texas Chicken.

Had a coupon for 10pc legs and thighs and 2 family sides. Ordered fries and okra. Well the okra wasn't edible, too burnt. The fries were good as well as the biscuits. Chicken was overly greasy and though hot, was not fresh. Afraid that it is going to make us sick. Trashed the okra and 6 pieces of chicken. To top it all off, the coupon was for 24.99 plus tax, they charged us 29.00, about 2 dollars more than they should have. I've had better meals here, obviously not one of them.
I was told they had no spicy legs. So I was given 3 pc. All thighs and 2 PC all thighs. Got home and none was spicy. Went back to exchange it and was told by the Manager that he doesn't know if I bought it there since I couldn't find the receipt. Said he will just give us back the same chicken. It had only been about 10 minutes ago when I was there. I asked for the lady that took the order and gave us the food. After a couple minutes she came and confirmed our order. Only then did they exchange it. And now, all of a sudden they do have spicy legs to give. I will never go back here after this treatment. Manager is very rude and couldn't care less about any customer.
if i could give this place zero stars i would. my friend was served three pieces of raw chicken, i had to call corporate twice and when i called the store about a refund i was laughed at. as someone who has worked fast food and customer service this place is definitely not up to par. when inside the store the lady helping (which was the manager ) us was very passively rude. this is not the customer service i expect when i walk into a place of buisness. do better.

I received raw chicken on all 3 pieces of my combo, I had taken pictures of the chicken before I threw it away but that was not good enough for the manager. She wanted the chicken so I pulled a couple pieces from my trash can and brought it back. THE MANAGER made the remark “looks like you ate most of it”. No ma’am I PULLED IT OUT OF MY TRASH CAN. Rude service, disgusting chicken and awful management.
