Called to place an order and was told that, although they offer a Veterans Discount, it was unavailable today because the Mgr wasn't in and nobody else knew how to ring it up. Didn't realize I needed to know the Mgr's schedule prior to planning a pizza party.

I ordered online and waited the allotted time and my food still wasn’t ready had to wait 7 more minutes after I’ve already been sitting out for 20mins when a group of boys can walk in order and get there food right away. How do in order 30 mins prior and still have to wait when they get fresh pizza just after walking in. and they never ever get my order right at all they always put cheddar cheese on my food when I don’t even modify it the pizza box was all wet and mushy and no one was wearing a mask! The pizza also had a chemical taste to it

manager was unprofessional and made us leave with no cinnamon rolls or refund refused to give us hr number or tell us any information to talk to someone higher than him. asked for his name and wouldn’t even say. still want money back because i didn’t get what i paid for.
