Went to this UTA university close Desi restaurant. We were planning on snacking this evening. Started with Pani Puri—OMG. Absolutely the Worst Pani puri We ever had. Save your $7 Dollars which is the cost for this Pani-Puri. Don’t recommend it at all. Beside that we had Vegetable Samosa, Chicken Patties and Iranian tea. Would recommend veg samosa & the Tea. Great for tea snacks lover. Place gets busy due to students. Prices of items are expensive.

I ordered one of their combos, which included chai and 2 veg samosas. Unfortunately, both samosas were served cold, and the chai wasn't hot either. Additionally, they didn't have change available in the middle of the day to give customers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Food was delicious and service was great, but it was too pricey. I got the chicken biryani and it was over $15 (advertised on the menu as $13, but then they charged me extra for rice??? I believe that was an overcharge because biryani is just rice). The portion they gave me was enough for two people. They should offer smaller portions sizes at lower prices.

How did their prices go through roof in just over 3 months. In the past 5 months I have bought their chicken mandi three times and have paid more each time. Started at 13.99 then secont time it was so 15.99 and now its 16.99 without taxes. Paying 18.39 for a one time meal is too much. Hopefully they get new customers cause I am not gonna be one anymore.

This establishment stands out as a rare spot for enjoying tea and quick snacks in the UTA adjacent area. While the tea is satisfactory, what sets them apart is their traditional brewing method using tea leaves instead of machines. They offer a variety of customization choices. The coffee is decent too, though some may find a drawback in the excessive frothing of the milk, resulting in a foamy taste. As for the quick bites like samosas and puffs, there is room for improvement.Parking: The store has around 10-15 parking spaces in front. However, this shouldn't pose a significant issue, as the businesses in this complex are generally not very busy, and customers typically opt for take-out services.

Did not like the Chicken Dum Biriyani. It was way to dry. It was like plain rice with some chicken in it. The chicken smelled bad, maybe this was cooked in the morning. Raita was subper. For the price of the item, the food is no good. There are other indian restaurants just opposite side of the Cooper who makes better biriyani. However, their chai was good. If you like extremely sweet tea, this is the place. And they make the tea everyday, it is not like other places where they serve from tea makers.Long way to go!

Stopped by to pick up some food as I was in the area. Picked up freshly made chilli chicken wrap samosas and puffs. Service was excellent and the food was fresh and tasty. Prices very reasonable for the quality of food. Will be here when I am next in the area. The place is near UTA. Parking is limited but I didn’t have difficulty finding a spot.
