****DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE********2.5 hrs after the order was placed, my order finally left the store. I was on hold trying to get somone at the store to answer for 45 min before the ordered, with no answers. This is not the 1st time they have done this. The last time they took 3 hrs, they admitted to me that they unplugged the phones at the store. I'm done with dominos. This store is the worst, they deserve to go out of business. Don't believe me? I have ordered pizza online from this location, ahead of time, many times for classes at my agency. They are always ready on time, always piping hot, and the staff is always helpful. A couple of days ago, when someone had accidentally charged me tax (we are tax exempt), I called to ask the manager for assistance. I expected to have to wait a few days or to appeal to a district manager. It was immediately credited it to my card and within a few minutes was taken care of in a fast and friendly manner. I am extremely happy with this location and would recommend it as a great place to order and pickup pizza!

I do not recommend this location I ordered food at 5 it’s 7 and still did not receive the food. Called the store they answer and hang up in your face . Worse dominos ever and they do the walk in orders before the delivery orders which is not right!!!

I got crumbs for a meal. Went to the store to see if they'll fix it and they basically told me "it is what it is". Going to see if I can get better service at Papa John's.

I ordered my pizza online, delivery was expected in 28-35 mins. It took one hour to get delivered. Once I received the order it wasn’t even my order! The driver admitted he gave my order to his delivery before mine. He told me to call the store with my issue but warned me they may not answer. Well I called & I was put on hold for another whole hour before the call got disconnected. You would think I would receive a call from the store apologizing for the inconvenience but that did not happen!!! I ONLY received an email notification that my order was cancelled.

This place sucks. My pizza yesterday took over an hour for delivery. Just ordered again from them and my “22-33 minute” delivery is now at hour and 35 minutes and it’s still not here. If you have to keep offering a “free pizza in the future” on all of your deliveries, you’re doing something wrong. Good luck if you order from here, but this will be my last time.
Went here a couple days ago and I’m still thinking about the great interactions I had with the staff. There was this one particular young lady who made me feel very welcomed, she was very small. Food was also a 10/10 best dominos I’ve ever been to. I will be back ;)

After 47 min of waiting I decided to call and check on pizza that was supposed to be here within 20-30 min. Once I tried to explain what was going on to woman on phone. She began talking over me then put me on hold before I got a chance to finish my sentence. She then clocks back over and explains delay etc. I asked her to please make sure that everything I ordered was on the way. It wasn’t and she made it an issue. Then she stops me what she doesn’t have. Gave me another reason why 3rd party caller sabotaged my order and time. Definitely nothing to do with her or Dominoes..ok! When my pizza finally arrives, I first apologized for being extra. I forgot it’s a day before holidays etc. he gave me pizza. I told him how much? He said “Umm..I THINK it was handled at store..” I just looked and asked if he was sure then he said his manager threw in lemonade. I stopped him again to make sure he left with a tip! It made my night thinking not only did I get free lemonade but also pizza! Not bad! Of course I was going to get on here and sing their praises! Just when I start crunching into my room temperature pizza, I got a call from store. Assuming there was a mistake that needed to be corrected..the lady immediately start screaming at me! She says, “my driver says that YOU said you already paid..” even if that’s what I said..I’m sure that’s against their protocol and training lol so frustrated and still hungry I tell her the driver is lying. She immediately tells me different..lie she was here when it happened. I told her to come get pizza it was cold anyways! She then tries to change energy once I told her I’m writing the review after dealing with her rude nasty attitude, poor management/training and sorry customer service all the way around..if you want to waste almost 2hrs of false promises of fresh pizza with everything on order and get yelled at 3 times in one night over a untrained kid lying be my guest! For me this free cold pizza experience was one I won’t be repeating ever again! Posting pics of cold pizza that even dog won’t eat..

The sevice is terrible. For a 2 mile radius, pizza comes in 2 hours. It's been sitting in the heating oven ever since. Pizza arrives overcooked while sitting the the heating tray waiting to be picked up. Crust is hard as a rock and the pizza as a whole looks like tostinos. This place is run by hoods. They claimed to make a fresh pizza. You know that's not true. Beware of ordering online. They have your money and believe you won't contest to a refund because is it an act of congree to get a refund.
