Only Thing in menu is the bun bo hue. Noodle and meat were ok but the broth was too salty and it's not clear. Would not recommend

To my surprise, this place actually have solid bun bo hue! My sister's boyfriend recommended it since neither of the popular places in Garland/Richardson satisfies our cravings. The only thing they serve is bun bo hue, so you don't really get much options. They have 3 different sizes-- baby, small and large. I got the large for $12.49, which isn't a bad price for the size. It was a large bowl (check out my photos on Google), filled with flavorful broth, pork blood, meat and perfectly cooked noodles. I'm very picky when it comes to my BBH noodles, but they cooked it perfectly. The broth was delicious and flavorful, and it had a slight spiciness kick. But of course, I need my extra saté so I added more peppers into my bowl. The large bowl filled me up quickly and satisfied my cravings for BBH. Everything was perfect and honestly tasted very similar to what I ate in Vietnam. The only downside is that they use disposable silverware and have ripped/old furnitures (took off 1 star). Overall, I'd still make the drive over to Arlington for their BBH because the portion and quality met my standards. Ps; don't let the empty lobby scares you away and definitely give this place a try!

Only one menu here - bun bo hue. We asked for a menu and they were like what? and pointed to the size offerings - baby, small, or large. Don't get me wrong they know what they're doing - for a single menu item they do it well. Lots of meat & favorful broth - can't ask for more. A small was enough to feed my mom and I while my dad got a large.
