I’ve been going to this Dutch bros for well over a year and their night crew has always been spectacular! They’re fast, kind, and always make it a pleasant experience I look forward to. I usually get my drinks at night, so I’ve had no issues yet.However, I just ordered this morning and I can say their morning crew is definitely worth avoiding. I always get the same drink with no ice— no problem with the extra charge and getting more drink in the cup. Today they gave me less than half a drink in a cup and it had so much syrup in it I might as well have drank snow cone syrup. I’ll be going but definitely never on a morning run again.

Shout out to the Dutch Bros on Matlock in Mansfield. Weather was horrible today and they were out there working hard, friendly service and smiles on their faces. Fast, friendly and spot on drinks. The hot mocha is a prefect drink on a cold and windy day! Thanks to this great crew!

I will say this Dutch Bros had the friendliest person in the drive thru! Genuine conversation and great customer service. Dutch Bros is tasty... BUT baby you pay for little bit of your drink and a lot of ice. This has been a standard problem at all the Dutch bros I have been to. It's unfortunate, but it works for them I guess. Now that my gift card is gone I will most likely not be back.

Gotta admit a drive thru with no order box is a bit odd for me. Gotta drive all the way around to the window to order which is odd considering they have a tandem line. Granted, when the line gets a bit long say 3-4 cars someone will come out with an iPad to take the order. Great coffee and tea though.

I love love love Dutch bros but when I tell y’all the one on cooper is way faster , and after waiting 30 minutes, they messed up on my drink order . This is ridiculous . I came 10/03 at 6:20 am and did not leave with my coffee till 7 AM on the dot. I typically go to the one on Cooper but due to my work directions changing I started going to the one on Matlock and when I tell y’all they are going to make me like stop drinking Dutch bros and find a different coffee shop they definitely are. Cooper was friendly no matter how early or the situation, the one on matlock acts like they hate it there . I promise I will not forget those faces and if I see them at the one on matlock and I’m just going to go to a different coffee shop.
