I love going here and always order the chipotle chicken burrito never had an issue this time I went my burrito was made so bad I couldn’t even eat it with out my food falling and the tortilla was all crumbled and broken I was really craving this and it ruined it for me I had to eat it without the tortilla which defeated the purpose of ordering a burrito ?

I keep trying to give them a chance to redeem theselves I think for nostalgia and the memories of having amazing el pollo loco. I try it once every few months and its always dissapointing. Maybe its our location that just sucks but prices keep going up. Today on my ckn avacado tostada salad i didn't get avacado barely got lettuce no pico and no salsa after they asked me would i like salsa on the side. Thank goodness there are better places to eat near us.

Pretty decently healthy. Very good burritos and the chicken is pretty good too. I'm a big fan of the green sauce too. Very good. And another big plus for friendliness.
