Taking a chance on a joint inside a gas station worked out in my favor! Street tacos are a personal favorite, and this really satisfied my cravings. BTW, the prices on Yelp are very misleading. I think the price is still a good value, but much higher than stated. Make sure to get the "red" salsa, has a welcome kick!

I very disappointed that I order a burrito with bacon, sausage, potato egg and cheese. The burrito was super thin I had more tortilla thanks and of the ingredients that’s I order. On top of everything she charged me 1.50 for extra meat and it did not have extra. I sent my co work up there to get a regular one meat burrito that had more bacon and eggs than my burrito that I paid for extra meat. SUCH A RIP OFF!!!!

These tacos are amazing. I worked on the remodel of the dealership behind this place for over a year, and would eat the breakfast tacos 3-4 times a week. these lady's can cook! and are very nice. it's always hot and they have GREAT hot sauce.

Just walked in and tried to place a large order for 30 breakfast tacos for a work function. Granted, this is a big order, but when I asked about placing the order I was told no. Half of the tacos were sitting in the warmer. I could have come back at a later time this morning, but instead, was just turned down. Guess business is so good you can turn it down.

Great food! Got the quesadilla and barbacoa taco which were absolutely delicious. The hot sauce is very hot! (Which is a good thing in my eyes). There are a couple small tables as it is located in the gas station. To-go or dine in you are sure to enjoy some fantastic low key Mexican eats. I'll be back for sure ?? ( my picture only shows half a dilla as I couldn't wait ! )
Yelp the lies you tell !!! Food is horrible has no flavor AT ALL ! I ordered a Quesadilla plate and tacos everything was bland even the beans and rice no onions in the Quesadilla just bland chicken and cheese so sad DISAPPOINTED waste of money they need new cooks !

I've been eating here once or twice a week for the last 2-3 months. I get nervous now before coming here because you have no idea what they “do not have todayâ€....it is very frustrating as a customer. Especially at 12-1pm when it's lunchtime. Last time no salsa, today no corn tortillas...REALLY?!??? I'm almost done with his place and need to take my business elsewhere

Delicious! The pork street tacos are full of punch. Every single bite is full of flavor and paired with a side of the guacamole makes them even better. Its tucked away inside the ExxonMobile station I was popping by for gas and decided to give it a try. So glad I did - I can't wait to come back!

I decided to stop into El Tako for quick bite to eat this morning, after seeing their wooden sign standing in the curbside lawn of the gas station in which the taqueria is located. I ordered three beef fajita street tacos. The beef was tasty and the onions and cilantro were fresh! I was most impressed by the freshness and juiciness of the limes. Usually, I get limes that are all shriveled-up and dried out, but the taco gods smiled on me today! They were perfect! Disclaimer: Some people may say I'm weird for getting excited over street tacos, but I AM from Texas and, we Texans DO love our tacos!! El Tako is inside a gas station, which does have a restroom, but there is NO SEATING. Personally, I'm cool with that because street tacos made right can be eaten while standing up, and these are made right! Bottom line: El Tako makes a pretty good taco and "To Go!" Eat well. Be well. Cheers!
