The front desk service was amazing. I definitely felt the hospitality. Myesha made sure all of our needs were met. The restaurant staff Colleen and Chris were fantastic. They made sure everything was to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was top notch. Thank you to all for making our stay in Arlington a memorable one. Very comfortable rooms! Happy to find regular size comfy pillows in the closet versus the king size on the bed. Great staff and wonderful service at breakfast from Rosie Quint! Breakfast was until 11:00 AM which was great after arriving at 2:00 AM!

First of all the Crown is located next to everything! Supet close to Six Flags, less than 10 mintues from the stadium, and only 25 minutes frim downtown Dallas! Front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating especially Angie! She was great!

It was a very pleasant stay and Rosie Quin in the breakfast area was an absolute jewel. So helpful and accommodating. From check in, to help at the swimming pool, breakfast and stay was amazing! The stay was well worth the price.

I was a little skeptical of staying here at first since I normally stick with certain brands and wasn’t completely familiar with the location, but I am so glad for the great reviews from other travelers that led us to this Crowne Plaza! This hotel was very nice and VERY clean! You can tell the staff takes great pride in their facility. Everyone was so helpful and kind - all the way from check in to the restaurant (Rosie was great!) Being able to have the trolley as transportation to and from the Rangers game and Six Flags was a huge plus! Beds were some of the best I have slept in….and I travel a lot! Plenty of room for our family of 4. Great place to stay for our 4 day vacation! We plan to stay here again on our next trip!

Rosa Quintero was our EXCELLENT server when we recently ate lunch at the restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Suites - Arlington, Texas. She was appropriately attentive and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Thank You, Rosa!
Had a great experience! Shea was a great help when needing to extend our stay, made our experience a lot smoother! Make sure you ask for Shea! Room was nice and the cleaners came every day to keep tidy!

Front desk was super patient and very kind. Room was clean and tidy. I wish the AC worked a little bit better since when we checked in, we turned the AC down to 70 and when we returned a few hours later it still hadn’t changed much. Still, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Will be coming back!

Not a lot on the menu not even worth eating at. Hotel is big for no reason just a lot of empty space. Beds are very uncomfortable. Don't get me wrong its not the worst just nowhere near good or what you might be expecting. This Hotel is for maybe construction workers that are traveling. If you're look for something comfortable and relaxing this is not it. But just somewhere to sleep in and out. Sure why not. But this is just my honest opinion. Staff was nice though.

Large atrium area for family visiting. Convenient location for activities in Ft Worth/Arlington/Dallas/McKinney areas. The one bedroom suite was very comfortable with great bed and pillows. The hotel was quiet even with families on holiday weekend. All staff was friendly and willing to help when needed. The breakfast buffet (fee) was delicious. Convenient to have it and the front desk Market Place available. Parking was good. The hotel was clean. A special shout out to Rosie Quintero. She was our server for the 2 meals we had in the lobby cafe and she was very welcoming and efficient...a credit to the hotel.
