I love firehouse subs, but this location always get my order wrong. I try it every blue moon hoping that this location will go back to their original top notch service. I will have to go to Mansfield, I suppose.

Stacy the manager was very unprofessional and it seems like this post won't mean anything the way she carried her self. I have the t mobile app add I ask her to help me with the process she walked away. I had a buy one get one free on t mobile. I placed the order and made a mistake on the order inside of firehouse so I say I hit he wrong button and placed a meatball instead of hook and ladder. I said u just placed the order could you make both hook and ladder she said no. I'm trying to un6if I placed an order and made a mistake and showing you inside of firehouse you mean to tell me you can't change it and you haven't even started on the order yet. Customer service don't mean anything anymore. I would go somewhere else.

I frequent here at least once a month,, we tried there new chicken Parmesan and me and my wife were disappointed,, it was way to salty and you didn't get much taste of chicken,, now please know that all my other visits have been five stars or more... See you next

If it’s even close to nine o’clock don’t even bother driving there. If it’s before 9 and doors are open I think they should serve the customer but that’s not how it’s done at firehouse on arbrook. I was not served even tho I enter the establishment before 9 o’clock.
