5 stars for ambiance, service and food. So many selections. Food quality is fantastic for an AYCE K-BBQ. Their bulgogi is soft and tender... that bulgogi marinade is banging good! Spicy pork ribs, pork with cheese katsu, japchae, hottok are amazing! I used to only go to Omi but from now on I'm going to Gen for korean BBQ.

Took forever to get seated. Once finally seated, was informed that I would be charged dinner price during lunch time and couldn't even get a reason why. Carrollton customer service is a lot better

The servers are excellent, but there's a restriction of only allowing two slices of the same type of meat per serving for a table of six. It's frustrating because we end up feeling hungry and have to wait around 15 minutes for them to bring more.

The meats are tasty but why are there only 5 banchans?!!!! Not to mention that when we sat down they were already at the table. Who knows how long they had been sitting out uncovered?!!! They didn't look good. Idk. I am just use to having several varieties of banchan when eating Korean food. I'll stick with Omi or Bon bbq.

Been to this new location 2-3 times now and I definitely prefer it over here. The servers are amazing; super attentive, friendly, and fast. I used to work at a kbbq spot so I know how stressful it gets. Props to them! Plus the parking situation is so much better too (and the music is always good lols).

Ordered meat and kept being told they would check on it after waiting for so long. Meat is not good and the sides aren’t that great either. Omi in Arlington is better.

No host waited 10 mins to be seated.Service was super low, they looked low on servers only two for a busy lunch. Our server Martin tried his best being sat half of the restaurant at once with large parties but it’s sad to see management just not help at all he didn’t check any tables or seat anyone or run any food he was letting his team drown these things should be happening especially when your your short on staff otherwise what’s the point of management.

This location is still very new, but overall I was super pleased with my visit! Upon seating, the manager made a point to stop by our table and introduce himself and ensure we knew he was accessible for any feedback we had. He was so kind! Our server was also very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I think the only immediate feedback I had was that, at times, our server would take a long time to check back on our table, but I understand how busy the staff are!Overall, I highly recommend going with some friends for a good, long time. :)

Went to have lunch on President's Day with some friends and their kids. Menu was promising and then fell short due to conflicting information from the manager and waiter about menu price. The manager who seated us informed us that the menu price was set for dinner. Then our waiter came and took our drink orders then proceeded to tell us that we could only order from the lunch menu, which was odd if we're told by the manager that the price was for dinner so we could order from the dinner menu. Took the waiter a while to take our appetizer and meat orders. Drinks took even longer to be refilled along with the meats. Appetizers came out cold like the food was sitting in the back waiting to be picked up for a while. There wasn't a big lunch rush, but it appears like the wait staff seemed overwhelmed. There should be a buzzer system implemented to get the wait staff's attention for anything that needed to be refilled. Also note that all parties must arrive altogether or you won't be seated until all parties are on site. Also note that the QR code scanning at the host/hostess desk is for the menu only and not for seating request unless that's changed recently since then.

Bar seemed to be full of employees eating their lunch. Don’t go there if you’re looking to have drink at the bar.

Lately I have not been happy with my experiences at most restaurants, however I was blown away. Our server Tom is professional, informative, providing great customer service. Also, the food is superb, the price is reasonable, and the atmosphere give good vibes. I will definitely let all my friends/family know about our good experience.

My first visit. Decided to go visit and have a couple of drinks while we waited for the movie to start next door at SMG. looks great but didn't get an opportunity to sit and have a drink at the bar. the bar was full of employees sitting eating their lunch. At least it looked that way.One of the waiters walked over to say something to them but they didn't seem to care. Went to Gloria's instead.
