Rio is super super nice and gives that Texas hospitality. I've been three days back to back and twice Rio was kind enough to bring my food to me. The falafels are the absolute best and the tabouli is Texas size and oh sooo yummy!

I come here pretty regularly and service is always top-notch. The cashier always goes above and beyond duty to make sure we have what we need. Today I went into the restroom for the first time and found it to be extremely clean! It’s the small things that take a business over the top not just good for. Gyros To Go is always consistent with their food and service. Best gyros I've ever had in Texas. Their meat is super flavorful, fresh, and seasoned well. My wife and I make the drive from Lewisville to South Arlington and it is always worth the trip. The service is amazing as I am always greeted as I walk into the door and my food is always ready if I make a call-in order. My favorite is the Gyro Wrap with an extra side of tzatziki sauce or the gyro plate that come with 2 sides of your choice. You can thank me later. Thank you Gyros to go.

Terrible customer service! The food was not that good, the meat was dry. I usually don’t like to write negative review, but the customer service in this place is awful! we were there at 7:15 they close at 8. we ordered sandwiches and the cashier was super rude while we were sitting, he started sweeping the floor toward our direction. I took the sandwiches at 7:20 and sat with a lady who was there to try this place to see if she will cater for an occasion from them. She is new to Arlington, I took her there to try this place. Once we attempted to sit, he ran toward us telling us rudely and in a mean way no no you can’t have a seat because I want to continue sweeping the floor and he told us to leave. Again it was 7:20. I’m paying you money guys, I’m not eating for free. You guys are terrible and we had a terrible experience at your place.
