I went to purchase a ham and turkey for my family for the Easter Holiday, I requested to see the ham as done in tje past and was told no by Regan. She began to recite the Company policy stating they don't show hams, and haven't since 2019. I informed her I purchased hams from this location Thanksgiving and Christmas and requested and saw tje products before purchasing them.This wouldn't be an issue if this was posted and most importantly the interaction with Regan wasn't rude and disrespectful.As a loyal customer I have a choice and chose not to spend my money where personal again are rude and disouteous, in fact, Regan stated she was the Manager of this location.

I love Honey Baked ham. This location is always fast, friendly service and consistent taste. It is a small location. Would have been 5 stars but I think their cost is extremely high. Even with inflation Honey Baked ham has raised prices over 25% if not more.

Joke on line half bone in ham 56 buck that's cool I call to confirm and someone said yes I get to store I'm told 86 wth I asked where are your 56 dollars ham I'm told price not same in store I wouldn't be as mad if you told me from beginning before make a trip standing in line freaking ridiculous!!!

Picked up an Easter Ham and it was absolutely delicious! I was greeted at the door by a very cordial and friendly person. The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely be back and do recommend these hams to anyone looking for a special occasion or holiday meal.

Funny that I've never had a ham from here but I can speak for their sandwiches & they're AMAZING! They don't skimp on the meat & veggies. The associates are always super friendly; one time an associate actually called me back to make sure she had something right on my order. I enjoy my visit each time I go & I'll continue to visit this location.

Thank you for your customer service. Today, I was picking up an order. My 2 year old son had just fallen asleep literally 5 mins away from the store. I went inside holding my son in one arm and struggling coming in with a stroller on the other hand. Jamie, a lovely worker came to helped me with my stroller, my order, and walked me to my car. I couldn't be anymore grateful for your customer service. THANK YOU!!!!!

Love their hams and a good ham salad has almost gone extinct. That was the reason I went there. They make good sandwiches for lunch too! A far better choice than a burger place for lunch!

Let me start off with saying that Honey Baked Ham ham is absolutely delicious. This review has nothing to do with quality and taste of the ham, because it's AMAZING. If it didn't taste so good, I wouldn't be dealing with the unprofessionalism of the staff. I placed an order 11/8/2022 for a 8 lb ham to pick up 11/23 in the morning. Now, I made sure to actually PAY this time because last year I only preordered? I mean I have no clue, it's so confusing but I had to wait in a huge line for an hour and half in the freezing cold, last thanksgiving. The employees TOLD US in line last year, "if you preordered, you did NOT pay and have to wait in line". Which almost everyone in line was so confused, because we WOULD HAVE PAID if we had known! People who paid were able to go straight into the store. I have no clue why the website didn't make that clearer.Anyway, this year I ordered my ham and PAID. I called the store because I realized I needed a bigger ham, I spoke to an employee who told me they needed to speak to their manager and they'd call me back. I specifically asked the woman on the phone "I already paid, I am more than happy to pay over the phone or come in person to pay the difference for a bigger ham, this week if you need me to. I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT IN LINE again, I won't have to wait in line because I've ALREADY PAID, correct?" And the employee laughed and said "yes, that's correct, you don't have to wait in line if you've paid." So I said thank you and hung up. I waited a few days and never got a call back, so I called MULTIPLE TIMES during the week and no one ever answered the phone. I went into the store today 11/17 and spoke to the manager and left annoyed, confused, and just aggravated. This woman told me it didn't matter if I already paid, I had to wait in the line. Now I try my best NOT to be mean to employees because I know this time of year can be super frustrating, I totally get that. But NOWHERE you actually pay for your order, do you WAIT IN LINE with people who haven't paid. Like literally, NOWHERE. If I order on the McDonald's app, or Target pick up- I'm not waiting in line, because I've ALREADY PAID. There's a whole separate line/area for people who have already placed an order and paid in advance. Like that's common sense!! I asked "so you guys are doing it differently than last year? Because last year your employees specifically said if we PAID, we were able to skip the line and walk straight up to a different register to simply pick up the order that had already been paid for." The manager gave me an attitude and said "it doesn't matter if you've paid, you have to wait in line." I didn't want to argue with her, she was just so rude and unhelpful, so I left and am going to attempt to pick up a different day to avoid the line even though I've ALREADY FULL PAID for my ham. I don't understand why they're making it SO hard for themselves! It's literally a million times easier for a customer who ALREADY PAID to simply walk up to a "PAID ORDERS" register, show my QR code, be handed my ham, and leave. You don't even have to do anything on the register, I ALREADY PAID! It would take like 2 minutes!! Why on earth would I wait in line with people who HAVEN'T paid, when I ALREADY DID? It makes NO sense. I hope they get their act together next year because this is ridiculous. It's extremely stupid and unfair for paying customers to have to wait in an hour line with customers who haven't paid yet. There should obviously be TWO SEPARATE LINES, one with customers who haven't paid and one with customers who have! Because that's how it is EVERYWHERE ELSE, literally everywhere! Wendys, potbelly, McDonald's, Target, Little Caesars- if you've paid, you walk straight up and get your order. So upset with the manager here, she's rude and so unprofessional.
