So this atmosphere here in Arlington is totally different than the one in Garland the service is okay but the overall place it's very closed and feels very dark the food was good the service was okay overall it's not as who does that you walk into and do you expect something like that...

Filled a square after the Cowboys game. Our server (Kenzie), took our order and never saw her again until we were ready for the check.... someone else brought us our food. I thought maybe she was taking a "lunch break", but that wasn't the case. Said she had a large table that came in? Maybe, have another take over our table if this happens again in the future?
Didn't honor same deals as the online menu waitresse were bored and rude on a Saturday night really slow and still didn't receive decent service my buffalo wings were soggy they only gave me one blue cheese after I payed for extra blue cheese.... Worse hooter experience. Love Hooters just not this one.

After ordering food, it took the whole meal to be over for fries to be ready. This was sad... Do you not drop all the orders at once? No, thank you...it will be another while before I return.

I did an online order last night. I spent over $50 I was missing items and my wings were incorrect. I picked up the order late at night and was irritated we didn’t even eat the food and called this morning the manager HILLARY was not helpful , she was very rude and hung up on me. I was not rude to her. I have my receipt and the food showing we don’t even eat it.

Took forever to order to-go, server didn't know how to read their own menu, paid for item that clearly was included, took forever for food to arrive. A dog was roaming around inside. Rather spend my money elsewhere.

Silly little place. Disgustingly dirty and not worth it. They sat me and my family in a dirty booth which she came back to clean but left the seats dirty. Then didn't even give us napkins for our drinks which were beers so the table was all wet. Aand the floors were full of stuff
