Ordered online. Got home and missing fries. Wasted 20 min going back for the fries. Should I have checked the order? I guess I should have. But if someone had to check my work app the time I’d have been fired by now. I’ll order from W next time. It’s closer and better and cheaper.

Was there for twenty minutes no one took my order I went to the kitchen and asked the cook if there was someone was working. That I been waiting for 20Minutes he said sorry let me call someone five more minutes no one came I stand up when I was ready to goI saw the manager I told him I been waiting for to long and nobody took my order yet another employee came outAnd told me sorry but the other two girls are late and I already clock out if you want to eat you have to seat at the barI went to eat somewhere else

Came after leaving another hooters in Grand Prairie . Nobody was practically here. The manager was at the cash register and the bartender. And 3 other girls getting food I guess. We waited about 15 minutes until my husband asked the bartender if we could be seated. And she said absolutely ! She had seen us when we walked in. But never cared to seat us . Even though the men at the bar kept turning to look at us . Maybe because we had Houston sports clothes on. But that is being a bit discriminatory. The waitress came and asked us for. Our drinks. But at this point you can’t even enjoy your food because of how they treat you. Completely ignored us as we got there. Just because we wear different sportswear does not mean you can treat us like this. We are customers paying for food and service. Both Hooters should be reprimanded for the way they have treated customers for what we wear! Shame on them.

I go to hooters close to my out-of-town stay. Easy, atmosphere, food, . Tonight, I was the most disappointed in a Hooters franchise in a long time. Had 3.3 beers an hour according to the manager Max. Was at the establishment after a 14-hour workday and also had 20 wings. Max cut me off when I was not slurring or doing anything but just being in peace. Asked to speak to him and Max came out with an attitude just saying they are at an over-serving point with me. 5`11 300-pound guy, causing no problems. WOULD NO GO HERE IF YOU PLAN A NIGHT OF DRINKING AND BEING CALM AND TO YOURSELF. Attitude manager on a power trip who doesn't understand. Go any other place. Sorry for me spending my time and money here.

I've gone from coming a few times a year to coming quite regularly because of the great service and food. Never a bad experience and always the best servers every time. Mariah brings the best service of any restaurant around, Jade, who is mentioned in another review, is quiet but a sweetheart. In addition to Tessa, Lexi, Monty, & Abby are all wonderful.
The food was great, but my wife looked better than all the waitresses, plus our waitress forgot about us several times and never brought our beer

Okay, I know I'm showing five stars in the detailed breakdown but only four stars in the overall rating, let me explain. The food was good and the service was good but the food arrived to the table a little odd. We ordered a total of 60 wings, different flavors, which started arriving at the table after ordering. The last wings from the original order did not arrive to the table until over 30 minutes later. Yes, all 60 wings were ordered at the same time. This just made it a little weird for everyone to eat together when food arrived over such a period. Please ask for Hannah or Lexi they're both the best! The food was excellent, the drinks were cold and delicious.

Had a couple of beers and my friends had boneless wings which were very good . The manager was super nice .
This Hooters used to be top-notch when I knew the manager. He ran a very clean, fast service, competent cooks without having to send back food.BOGO wings..2 were so small that the chicken must have died of starvation! Took 34 minutes to receive 20 wings today.. total of five people to wait on in the whole place. The replacement wings came breaded, not naked as my first were made.Bad water taste.My waitress was so slow and never asked how food was, didn't refill my drink, or brought me my check. Sat there for 20 more minutes!Also, I saw the cook vaping while cooking food... Is that legal here?

I have been a few times in the last few weeks and I have had nothing but amazing service each time. Taylor and Unique were both amazing server/bartenders. Kaellie the manager visited our table multiple times making rounds and made sure everything was perfect. The food was great each time as well.

Well. I got 9 of the 10 wings I ordered. Sat at the bar in front of the register and bartender ignored me while she kept checking her phone. Above all the misogyny, hooters has prided itself on amazing service. Didn’t get good service and I am still looking for my missing wing. There were 13 people in the restaurant at dinner time on a Thursday night and all the staff seemed bothered to help anyone.
