Came up to the register around 6pm and met this very nice lady named Maddie W. and she had very good customer service and provided me with all my needs give this lady a raise !! Will come back and will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The staff are very helpful, nice and willing to assist in any way possible. There are sample cups so, you can taste any or all the trash before making a purchase. They also sell bags of ice, gallon of water, snacks, etc. Worth stopping in to see and experience for yourself.

After visiting this place since they opened, I finally have no choice but to change my review from 5 to 1 stars.1. They consistently give me sweet teas when I order unsweet and they verbally confirm unsweet at the speaker.2. They frequently charge full price during happy hour.3. Today got a gallon of plain unsweet when I ordered coconut and it's on the receipt.I have emailed several times, not every time, and gotten one response. The problems continue.
It's my favorite place to get tea! I wish there was a location south of I-20.

So amazing! Refreshing and all the flavors are great! I love how you can add some cherries ? too. Definitely love this place and the staff is always so cheery and helpful. The owners were super kind also and comped my tea once when I lost my mother in the early Spring. Genuine and hospitable. Recommend.

Love this place. The teas flavors are phenomenal. The staff is great and accommodating. I have never walked into HTeao and had a bad experience. The Mango Fresco is my go to but love to mix it up sometimes. Waiting for the one in Lewisville to Open they will have all my business!
