Our server was highly attentive, kind, and patient with us. The kid's cheese pizza was undercooked, but there was enough food on the table to share, so no one went hungry. After the day we had, this was a great way to end it.

they just can't never seem to get it rightI walked inside after placing my order to nicely ask them to tell the kitchen to have it hot and fresh the wings smelled good when delivered to my car but when I got home there was barely any sauce it was a drizzle. if I order 44 wings buffalo and apple bbq wings I want them tossed its not that hard. the fries weren't too bad today but just once I want wings that are hot in the middle smh then again this chilis location has never been great

Wings were genuinely so bad! There was barely any sauce on bone in and boneless were completely dry on one side. Fries were also cold and obviously frozen

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Has no reliable method to ensure your food isn’t tampered with or ultimately stolen. Good to know that you can pay for something and anyone can walk up and enjoy it. First time trying it and finding out it’s 1) a ghost kitchen and 2) anyone can access your food.Never again.
Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.

I've had them before and it was good. Last time, and especially this time I ordered food and there was almost 0 sauce on the wings. highly disappointing. Guess it's time to find a new wing place

These wings were awful. Some of them were so dry and barely any seasoning or sauce. A few were still red on the inside and raw on the bone. These were completely inedible. Disgusting.
