It is a very simple and fast food place, they only have a limited menu, I don't know if it is seasonal or because there are no ingredients, some days there are somewhat rude cashiers and on some days there are very friendly waitresses. In the take-out service they take a little while but they ask that you do them the favor of waiting in front just so that they don't tell them in their turn that they take several orders, but they don't behave up to par, in the case of some cashiers one You do them a favor but when you get a bitter cashier there's no way to help her and they still demand.

I ordered on the mobile app. I go to pickUp my order and was told it was already picked up. Obviously I didn’t pick it up so I asked well I didn’t pick it up and asked if I could get a refund or get my order remade because I just spent $30 on this order. They refused to do so after me showing my phone to them and them taking it twice to look at the order I proved was mine. Lady tells me “let me go get the manager” manger proceeded to do absolutely nothing and not help me in anyway. Told me to call some number on the app because it wasn’t their fault they handed out my order to the wrong person. So I lost $30 and got no food from it not even a refund. Hate this location.

Are you kidding me!!! This location should just close it's doors to all.patrons except Uber and DoorDash. This was our 3rd time coming thru the drive-thru only to be told they are short staffed and wanted us to wait 10minutes for our order to even be taken. Seriously!?!? This time we spoke with management who said he would take our order but we would need to wait 10 -15 for a plain and dry burger. Completely inexcusable and very poor customer service. We will never come back to this location.

The young lady in the drive thru window with the heavy eye makeup just argued with me about my order. I repeated myself 3 times while placing the order and it still wasn't right. I went back through the drive thru to let them know and she literally went back and forth with me about the order. Poor customer service.

If I could give no star to this place, customer service is bad, bad, bad… do not come to this place. The cashier looks at you crazy if you take 5 napkins, then went you starting placing the order she just look at you like it you crazy. Just bad experience, so guess what! I wen to eat at WHAT A BURGER just cross the street
