Stopped in for lunch and the food prep was a little below quality standards. Excessive sauces on burgers and chicken sandwiches during the lunch rush and everything was sliding around on the sandwiches and all over the sides of the sandwiches.

Mobile order was ready way too quickly. The curly fries were ice cold and hard. The sandwich bun was completely saturated and soggy. Update: I took the survey, reached out to corporate. No response. Then got an email asking me to rate the level of service for this concern. Then a response to reach out to corporate. It is just a few bucks, but what a waste of time.
We went at 12pm. We ordered and got half of our order. We ordered and got charged for a munchie meal 12 tacos and a salad meal. We only got a Burger 4 tacos and just the salad. When I noticed I was still in the drive-through but they were too preoccupied finding who they gave it to rather than if the correct person received it. When I brought it to their attention they were rude stated that only drunks came out at this time and wouldn't know the difference. I didn't find it cordial at all and dint see a point to argue with them and went to the Waterburger across the street. They are banging ?
