This is the second time I have gone here, and each time, the service was horrible. The kids that work here have bad additudes and really just seem like they hate their jobs. Food is a 1 star because once you have a bad experience, the food leaves a bad taste in your mouth

Excellent Big Kahuna Steak Sandwich. I requested a few customizations and they got it 100% right. I cannot give 5 ⭐️ until they reverse their decision to go with Pepsi products and removing Dr. Pepper. Diet Pepsi stinks. The room temperature was a tad cold today.

Jersey Mike's they got good Subs. I like the Italian sub me and the wife we get the Giant then we will split it. But I never had got a bad sub out of there everything was good every time so if you got a chance go try you might be missing

Great Service! Fresh Ingredients, SoftBread with fresh vegetables and tasty Meats! Sorry Subway but my go to Sub is Jersey MIKES! I am always impressed with their Freshness and the employees are always friendly! One of the very best Philly!

Went in to place an order...waited 10 minutes before told someone would b right with me...2 more customers came and were immediately helped ? I reminded the guy I was first...he started helping me and right in the middle of my order...he walks away to helps the other customers again? just rude!I walked out never again...this location sucks big time!
It’s time to call it- the tipping expectations are out of control. A sandwich is already as much as a small mortgage, and now they want customers to pay their employees too.I feel the dirty looks when I don’t tip. So much so that I no longer visit.

I'm not sure what's going on, I am a lover of Jersey Mikes!! But on the last 3 or 4 visits. The BREAD has been very hard, almost to where you cannot chew it. I'm not sure if you bake it on site or what..This is all of the breads. I really hope you fix this issue. I would really hate to start going back to Subway or Jimmy Johns. Simply speaking the truth!!?? I'm going to give it another chance. I recommend Jersey Mikes all the time, I don't want to stop!! Thanks!?1/06/2024

Ordered through UberEats. When I first opened it, it looked like they dropped the insides on the floor and just shoved it back in. Really disappointed. I wanted to call the store and ask because I was so mad when I opened it to be honest but I disputed through UberEats instead.
