My wife and I have had good food and service at this restaurant for a few years. My issue is their demand for tips. Upon inserting a credit card for payment, the first screen asks for the tip amount in $$ and cents. No option for no tip. Most restaurants present the meal charges, followed by an amount of tip. This is just $$ grabbing by owners instead of paying their employees. I've had enough of guilt-induced tipping. It is not my place to help pay their employees.
I've shown up literally at 9pm when they close and these people have made me a damn tasty prophet assembled sandwich with a smile. THANK YOU!!!!!! Yours truly, That j*** that keeps showing up at closing time for food

Giving 5 for great customer service. My sandwich was missing an ingredient but the staff was super kind about the small mistake and made it right. And while I was there, the supervisor was giving the employees positive vibes for doing a good job. It was nice to see great morale during lunch
