1st time ordering mobile order and here at this location. I waited till app said order ready for pick-up at 5:40 pm wait then they say out of original chicken you can get crispy or wait 20 more minutes. We waited and waited people coming and going. Finally at 6:25 we get an order only to get home and it wasn't correct. They do not answer the phone so can't get anything fixed. Very disappointed in whole ordeal from ordering, the service, the accuracy and taste. I'll go to some other chicken place next time.

My mom and I wanted to try Popeyes new strawberry biscuits, so we thought we'd swing by this location since it was closer. Trash okay. They were old. We ordered chicken also but wanted it fresh so of course we didn't mind waiting. The lady said it'll be 20 mins, cool! Chicken comes out in 5 mins. Ok, everyone knows what that means, it means they took the old chicken and refried it to make it hot. It also smelled that way too. I have to also add that they did remake the chicken and it came out right the second time around. I ordered mashed potatoes for my side, only to get no gravy and a little Mac and cheese mix in it lol. They barely understood English, definitely a struggle . Customer service is horrible and literally every customer after us were getting out of their cars, and walking back to the window in drive through to complain about something. Oh and they had the inside lobby closed for some reason. I don't think it was supposed to be because there was no sign posted anywhere. Anyway,Al Copeland wouldn't be happy if he knew this shenanigans was happening. What a waist of 36 mins.

So one of the chicken sandwhiches I got from there was stale, old and grey in the middle idk if it was freezer burned it if it was old either way it wasn’t it. Check your patty’s before you bite into them!
