I went into this kfc off Cooper and sublet. Filthy as can be ordered the special for Tuesday 8 piece. Got home with 6 thighs and 2 legs so greasy I took one bite and threw away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your 10 dollars and go somewhere else

This place was not clean and they sold me some chicken that was so dry it was ridiculous I wanted to take it back but they don't have to worry about me spending another dime in this place KFC has gone down the drain very badly sides were not even hot biscuits were hard and cold place sucks and it's another place that is very old. If you want business make a place people won't mind dining there where people know food is going to be fresh and hot. KFC needs to bring back the potatoes wedges that was a huge mistake getting rid of that item.
For $20 the chicken was nasty and dry!!!! Weird because I ordered an hour after opening. Unless y’all are reusing old chicken. Wish I could rate it a 0 star. Idk I lost my mind deciding to order here I guess.

It was good, the service is good, they were nice. But the only think i didn’t like was when this random lady came and “preach” the gospel. I’m a young christian girl, and the way i was just there looking at her “preaching” all aggressive/rude that’s how God doesn’t want you share the gospel/his word, she seemed like she was fighting for herself. and the reason why she was dealing with demons and spirits it’s because she doesn’t FAST and PRAY and use that authority that God gave her, being a “christian” and having/building that relationship with God it’s different.

Stopped by at 10:25 pm because online it said closing at 11pm. When we got to the window the lady says "we're closed". I told her it said at 11, she said "well my system is down, we're closed". Very rude and such an inconvenience, more than likely they just didn't want to take orders.
Customer service was trash. The girl forgot to bag almost everything we had. We had to keep asking for our stuff and she was bothered every time we were missing

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! On a week night there was a 30 minute wait for chicken at dinner time. No one else in the drive-thru. How does a chicken restaurant not have chicken ready at dinner time?The man working the drive-thru window on 2/26/2024 at 5:30pm was extremely unpleasant.We just drive off and ate at the restaurant right next door in the shopping center. After looking at all the negative reviews it looks like they did us a big favor by not having chicken available and treating us poorly.
The staff is ghetto and dumb as hell... She screws up an order and argues with me as if I ordered it wrong.... When she finally fixes her mistake she tries to charge me for the meal I already paid for but rejected because it was incorrect.

This food was absolutely horrible. The chicken was cold greasy the grease need to be changed. The potato bowl was cold fries cold we also got coleslaw. That was nasty it was dry. How do you make dry coleslaw this is just why I don’t eat kfc anymore I thought I would give it another shot after about five years, but I was wrong so I’m good with not ever going back RIP KFC not to mention, I asked the lady that was taking my order was the food fresh, and she lied and said yes i’m done done done
