Worst run establishment in Arlington.Waited 40min for drinks and finally had to get refund. How hard is it to make hot chocolates? Then. The nerve to lock the front door.Then give the customers a dirty look when we ask for a refund.

Tonight I had my first opportunity to visit the store. Tonight was the Christmas parade and Tree lighting in downtown Arlington, Texas. The store was packed, as it's right on the parade route. I felt bad for the two staff members who were trying to serve about 25 customers. We waited 23 minutes to get our two hot drinks. Many people were visibly frustrated. I would imagine that management knew that tonight was a crowd drawing event and yet under staffed the store, even one more person would have made all the difference.

The milk green tea was some of the best I've had. It perfectly balanced the taste of green tea and milk with sweetness.Adding bubbles, popping or not, is a mustKid-friendliness: A very kid friendly and comfortable atmosphere with many Illustrations of Pokémon and other Anime characters all around.

Really cool place. Tried their honey milk tea and passion fruit swirl with bubbles and they were wonderful. Would definitely go back when I have the money for it. Sometimes they have little events there where you can support small businesses and vendors that sell really cool items. A really nice place to sit down and relax at.

got a longan jujube tea and it was soo sweet but soooooo good ?? aloe jelly very yummy.
This is the second time I've been here. They forgot to put the chia seeds in this time, and when they did they barely put any compared to other Kung Fu Tea locations. They also skimped the first time, and the amount of jelly is comparatively very low as well. Not sure who is training the workers at this location, but they need to do better. I don't recommend this location at all.

Friendly environment, a peaceful place, 2 floors, 2nd floor has plenty of table games to enjoy while drinking your favorite boba drink, Highly recommended by my instructor Mr.Westbrook from Cornerstone Martial Arts in Arlington.
Every thing there is awesome overall the stuff animals, the prices r a steal... 5 dollars for a large Boba tea is amazing, upstairs is cool cause of the games but over all the place looks clean the creativity on this place is cool... yall should definitely go there is good?

Cool place! Know what you are ordering before if not it will be VERY dull. My partner got a cocoa cream milk and from what we seen it was just a cup of milk w some coffee boba not worth nearly 6$ the kiwi punch with coffee Boba which I recommend was way sweeter and a better spend of our money (of course make it more appealing to your liking).
