“Service is great, I ordered online, only to find out you can't add other toppings for promotional items. I did it out side the store so I figured I would just walk in and add the one other topping. It's not that easy. They made it happen. But I made it harder then it should have been. Next time I'll just go in.“

“I was charged for EMB but I asked for Classic Hot and Readys ... Idk if this is something LC is pushing but if the pizza hadn't looked well COOKED I would have gone back inside and complained.
Stop over charging people for basically the same Got damn amount of toppings the Hot and Ready provides!
Oh and provide your full attention to the customer NOT the banter you were involved in prior to the customer (me) walking in. Your cashier job comes first.
Maybe then you would have heard and understood me when I asked for TWO CLASSIC HOT AND READY WITH PEPPERONI and one crazy bread.

“I was very excited to order the pretzel crust pizza... my absolute favorite... and saw it was online. We decided to drive and do a pickup because it was cheaper, however we discovered that it was only available online. I tried to go ahead and order it online but it was too close to close and wouldnt let me. I believe it was 9:30pm. The very sweet young woman said she didnt have the button available to order the pretzel crust but agreed to ring it up as another pizza and go ahead and make the pretzel crust. It was the most amazing sweet thing to do! Not only was the service fantastic and thoughtful.... but the pizza was delicious! And the music during our visit was fire!“
