Always fantastic I have a Long John silver in Irving Texas it's always too greasy the one in Arlington is always made hot fresh never greasy best management and employees I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this Long John silver never disappointed 10 out of 10

12/16/2021 around 9 pm. I ordered through their drive through with 1 vehicle ahead of me. The wait time was abnormally long with the vehicle in front of me so I planned to check my food for freshness. I gave the gentleman my credit card @ the window & requested that he not swipe my card until I check the freshness of my food. He then grabbed my food out of the sack & opened the lid for me to view it. I was a little taken back that he opened my food. I attempted to grab it to check the food myself and he pulled the plate out of my reach. He then said that he could not give me my food. I immediately requested my card & he wished me a good day. Despite of the employee being polite I will not do business with a company that practice this procedures with their customers. The next time during the day I will revisit this store and discuss this interaction with the manager of the store. Hopefully we can develop an understanding with one another. It was a lose lose interaction because I didn't get the food I wanted and the store lost money due to not selling that product.

Just how remembered and brought make some really old memories! I haven't been to Long John's in forever! Maybe the last was back in the '90s!!! Food was tasty like I remembered and portions were generous! Staff was helpful considering there was only three of them and it was during dinner hours. The lady taking orders at the counter and drive thru was doing her best to keep up with two guys cooking in and prepping in the kitchen! Bravo to you guys for getting it and putting in work! Your owners should know about your hard work and show you some appreciation! Coming back soon for that fried cod fish cravings!!!

Jacquees was the star of the day. Since our orders took a little longer ( I'm pretty sure it was getting cooked fresh), he refilled my cup for me. Also very courteous with politeness. Thank you Jacquees for your helpful service

Only one in Metroplex I'll go back to. They listened to what I needed. I asked for freshly made & the man made sure I got what I asked for with lots of crumbles. Irving's unit refuses to give me more than 1/2 teaspoon of crumbles when I specifically asked for more. Other units give me warm held over food. This location is the only one that works hard to give you what you asked for & they made me feel as if I was welcome & it was their privilege to serve me. The others - not so much. I go from Irving to their unit all for my meals. That's how highly I recommend their drive in service & their food!

They were really rocking it today. The fish and shrimp were crisp and hot, cooked perfectly. The hush puppies were amazing. Clean, friendly and fast!

The food is okay! It's a nice nostalgic place to visit every month or so since I used to get LJS a lot when I was little. Their fries are my favorite besides the fish.
Food was fresh. The restaurant itself is not appealing. Needs some serious upgrades.

Don’t let the negative reviews turn you away!Pretty dang good services, very nice lady at the window, food is smokin’ hot and fresh, and was in and out in 4 minutes. Restaurant was practically empty and still served fresh and hot food! Very happy this location!

This location is generally very good compared to other locations but this last time we visited it seemed that the grease hadn't been changed because the fries were dark and had what appeared to be burnt residue on them and the fish was a bit flaky. It wasn't horrible but a little disappointed considering this has been our go too location. Perhaps it's a one off

Long John silver's has always be my go to for fast food fish, but not this place! It's always empty. I have been here a couple times and every time it has been a bad experience it deserves no stars and not to mention the prices have risen, probably due too lack of business. Just keep driving there is alot of better choices for food on cooper!
