I haven't rated this McDonald's as of three 3 years ago. Today, I find it necessary. I have been coming to this McDonald's since for years. The employees this far have always been great even when the app messes up and freezes they are courteous and are able to help me out where the other McDonald's down the road has lied and said "well the mobile app doesn't always work it hasn't been working for 2 months now deal with it" it was that attitude that made me stop going to that McDonald's as I went further down the street and my app worked at this one. So I've been coming here ever sinceToday was a completely different story I gave my code at the drive-thru as it appeared on my phone I had not been to a McDonald's today near a McDonald's today I literally opened it while I was in line at the window and I even turned the Wi-Fi off so it didn't try to put me on the McDonald's Wi-Fi that usually makes it act up and it said that it was already redeemed. I went up to the window the guy (manager later identified as Wendell) said it was five something and I explained to him that the fries were supposed to be $2 and I know it's a difference of a $1.79 but when you are on a low income budget that matters and that's a matter of whether my kid can get a treat or not so he was just so bluntly rude he was in a light blue shirt and appeared to be a manager of some sort he didn't give me his name he just said "so you want me to give you food for free is that what you want you just want food for free?"I told him no I just want to use the app and get the fries for $2 and he just kept going on about wanting my food for free I said you know what just forget it and then he rudely said that he was going to give me the food at the discount give me food for $3. There is nothing more degrading than to sit there being spoken to like you're at child(49) and being spoken to you in that tone of voice that was absolutely ridiculous. I'm literally angry right now(and still bothered by this 2 hours later as I'm correcting some of my typos) because I have not been spoken to like that as an adult. It was very degrading I was fully ready to pay for the food as it was supposed to be not be degraded and then given $2 back I would have paid for the cheeseburger and the $2 for the fries so it should have been almost $4 or maybe $4 and some change it was just the principle of it that he was so degrading at the window and I have not been spoken to like that especially by someone who is supposed to be in charge of the restaurant and literally I mean you're in charge of our children how do you speak to them if you can speak to your customer like that how the hell do you treat your workers because seriously that showed me a lot. I hope he does not represent the new management for this establishment because they are going to lose a lot of customers that way. As I contemplate this over and over in my head I'm thinking to myself seriously if you work at this McDonald's or you've worked under his management and you feel the way that I felt today I urge you to go to upper management and talk to them. This might be your first job this might be something you have as an extra job or maybe this is your long-term career but no matter what stage you are in life there is no reason for you to be treated how I think you may be being treated. So I urge you to go to your HR department if you are feeling like you are not being treated correctly because you don't have to be treated like that.

Falcon Wings

This is supposed to be Deluxe McCrispy Chicken Sandwich. I bought three of the them. Two for my kids and one for myself. When my kids were eating, they were complaining that, it was very dry and chewy and not edible at all. I thought they were being dramatic and told to stop complaining only to notice it myself when I opened mine later. They were right. It was so dry n chewy I had to run back to show them mine. Surprisingly, the guy at the McDonald’s says this is how it’s always been made. My wife couldn’t control her laugh but she smiled and said “we never saw like this before”. And he goes like “well I dunno I can remake it and exchange this sandwich alone”. We said okay. And I told him not to put Tomatoes in it this time and sure he forgets it and remakes it with same overcooked and burnt style chicken sandwich and puts tomatoes in it again. These pictures are from the second sandwich. The first was even more burnt and thin. He tried arguing with us for the first time when I said it’s burnt, hee said “no it’s not” and only when I showed him he said “ ok yeah it is”. I think either the quality of the McDonald’s is going down or this particular joint located on the cooper street and green oaks is having a very bad team who doesn’t know how to make their sandwiches. Bad customer service and very bad food.

We ordered ahead on the app. Very simple and straightforward. McChicken extra mayo, lg fry, DBL hamburger no pickles. Well we got to the restaurant in about 5 min... Waited in line for almost 25 more. Got our food, cold,asked if they out extra mayo on the chicken sandwich, he replied,"we don't have any mayo"Fries were cold and soggy. The lg fry box wasn't even opened up all the way, still half collapsed and maybe half full at most...And as usual my burger was wrong. Marked dbl hamburger but single given. Lobby closed so another 25-30 minute wait so I decided to just go... Worst service yet at this one.

Are you looking for customer service? An argument about sauce, having sauce thrown on the counter, or even just straight being ignored? Then this is the Wcdonalds for you!Absolutely the worst who ever did the scheduling here didn't know what they were doing especially for a Sunday and the crew they had was even worse they put 17 Sauces in my bag but not the sauce I wanted. I got sauce I didn't even ask for, but when I asked for the right sauce, I was told they were going to charge me. So that means that I get to be refunded for the 15 Sauces I returned to them? No, I didn't, and the way the heavy set black gentleman, sorry, but he refused to give his name but was rude to my wife when she was being nice. Definitely not coming back, and I don't mean to be that person, but the church will be praying for yall because you need Jesus.

Everytime I order from the app, it makes night shift lose their minds. I don't understand how the app is easy to order from but never easy to pick up.. they keep losing my order or messing it up completely. I never have an issue in the mornings when I order from the app, just in the evening.

They are so rude. Cane through the drive thru and gave them 3 codes because supposedly none of them worked. But my app told me I just used a code and couldn’t use another. I just think the girl didn’t know what she was doing. At the end of the day they are rude and the Manager had no no customer
