TL;DR: Have an hour you want to kill during your day? Why not waste it here waiting for your mobile order!I placed a mobile order at 1:11pm and arrived shortly after that time and parked in curbside delivery spot to pick up my order. The McDonald's employee that was delivering the curbside orders moved slower than spilled molasses on a cold winter's day. It didn't bother this person one bit that there was a backup of orders in the drive-thru, the curbside, and dine in one bit. This person's phone seemed to be more important than making sure they didn't get hit walking through the parking lot at a pace that would embarrass a snail. This was my first red flag of how things will go. Flash forward 15 minutes later and one other curbside delivery that wasn't for me, said curbside delivery employee now walks out drinking a drink with their reflective vest over their shoulder, gets in their vehicle, and drives off. At this point, you would think someone else has picked up this duty, right? Wrong you are. I sat for another 15 minutes and still no order. Other cars arrived as well and they were waiting for their orders. I then went inside to see if I could see what was going on. There were at least 15 people at the register waiting for their order as well. I saw my order sitting in the basket for curbside delivery ready to go and every single employee walked right by it without a second thought. Since others were waiting for their orders, I decided to just get in the drive thru line and get my order that way. 15 minutes later, I tell the person taking my order the situation I am in and they tell me that I need to return to the spot I was waiting in and they would bring it out to me. I waited another 5 minutes, knowing that the order was ready, and still nothing. I finally went in and made my way to the front and asked for my order politely. I finally got it and also came to the conclusion that I will never come to this location again.

WORST LOCATION IN MY 23 yrs OF LIFE . Lady working drive thru and taking orders is horrible rushed me thru my order asked if that was it told her no she said okay pull up to theDrive thru like no I’m not done then I try to order and she wouldn’t answer so I went ahead and when I got to the window I let her know I had a Mobil order and she told me to go around and I tried to tell her she rushed me and that was my reason of me showing her my order , maybe if she was more coherent and patient this place would run better. Claims to not hear right when people order. and btw my food was terrible I came with the intention of ordering spicy nuggets hadn’t tried them and they were soft like if I made them in the microwave . Like my bad for ordering some nuggets and 2 burgers no meals no drinks .

The African lady that works at night at drive thru is beyond rude everytime I go she talks over you she talk slick she is very disrespectful and this is the 3rd times this has happened she need to be removed before things get worst

Horrible location. You have to wait a long time in line and can’t even prepare the order like you ask them to. Mansfield location and the location off Kennedale Parkway are much better

This was one of the better McDonald's I've been to In months. Maybe even years. I didn't need to to use the kiosk which was a great pleasure. And service was very much with a smile and decent food.
