The ambiance at this restaurant is amazing, however; the food and the service are mediocre. Hubby ordered his steak medium-well but it came out well-done and partly burnt. Our server Kelley has a sweet spirit but she wasn’t attentive enough. Our food was delayed and we had to ask for the bread. The side dishes are also on the smaller side, so order accordingly. We were disappointed with our experience and will not return.

I think this is our new goto, 5 star Michelin type restaurant. Food is outstanding, they certainly know how to cook Lamb, and the bone in ribeye was scrumptious. One disappointment though, they were out of Baileys, so they could not make our B52's.

This is a something that was a very hidden gem that was a delightful surprise. The filet was cooked to perfection the shrimp grilled not over cooked flavorful the Pinot noir paired very well with the steak.. the intimate setting the view looking out into the Arlington night sky.. the service and Travis was very good attentive and quick responding . All the wait staff was very nice everyone spoke to you as we passed by all smiling faces.. and the lounge piano player in the background set the mood.. over all.. I was very pleased... very.. all smiles. If you don't know.. you should..

I highly recommend Mercury Chophouse in Arlington!! I came here to celebrate my 41st birthday with my friends and the food, vibe and service was excellent!! Carter was our server and he took good care of us in the Boardroom due to the group size. The Sea Bass was so delicious ! The view was beautiful as well… I will most definitely be back and hope to sit in Carter’s area again.
This is a nice place that we have frequented multiple times since they opened. However, I was frustrated again with the limitation on availability. It took a 4th selection on the wine, with the 1st three choices not in inventory... we ordered a 2nd bottle, only to be told that was the last bottle. SO, had to make another (5th) selection. When I ordered my entree, I was informed that they were out of Halibut (at 6:15pm). On a positive note, the view is beautiful, our food was good, service was above average and the wine prices are refreshingly reasonable. Thank you!
Oh my goodness. It started off MAGNIFICENT. The greeting, the appetizers, and the drinks were PERFECT. Thennnnn downhill it went. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food. No one came over to say anything to us. I had to stop one of the managers to ask what was taking our food so long. She responded there was a back up, our waiter confirmed by saying yes, there was a large party, which made everything back up. He apologized, but that was not settling for me. Finally, the food came out. My friend's seabass was so small until it was ridiculous ... I mean, like 3x3 in size for $66.00, I don't think so... I ordered salmon medium well, and it came back well done and extra crispy on the outside. So, I sent mine back, and so did she. She ordered a petite filet mignon, and it wasn't seasoned...$76( I think). She did not send it back she took a bite and said forget it. Our bill was $286.00 for nothing... only one person enjoyed her food. I have had better salmon at Cheddars Scratch Kitchen for 1/2 of that price. The thing that made me done for the night is that the manager did not come over at all to apologize for the entire disaster of an evening. She looked into my face, and I know she saw the disappointment. As I was leaving, one of the newer managers asked me how everything was, and I told him exactly how I felt. He asked if they discounted our bill, and I said no... not a dime. I told him we do fine dining all of the time and do not mind paying for good food and good service. He did apologize and said he was new and he didn't have any cards, but if I came back, ask for him. The ambiance is Ahhhhhmazing. I just needed everything else to be Ahhhhhmazing for $286 plus 20% tip. It wasn't our server fault because he was excellent. I think it was poor management customer service. ?
They sat me next to the server doors so a continuous banging through out the meal. The bread seemed stale but heated in an old steamer. The Chop Salad was not as good as a bag from Tom Thumb. The shrimp was good on the Salad. The blue cheese was clumped not crumbled. The wait person was a bit abrupt. Overall experience was one I won't repeat. I was expecting the quality and service to match the Mercury Grill which I frequent as well as the other m restaurants. I was very disappointed

Well if you want a good view its the perfect place but if you want an excellent or decent meal DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I have never been to a steak house where the steak comes out COLD I mean it was so chilly that the butter on top had not melted one bit....the sides were the qulity of hamburger helper (the Risoto) we had to request table bread, the drinks the three berry mule was the equivalent of a starbucks refresher...the whole thing was just WRONG. To add injury to insult I thought they were doing karaoke ? because some female was moaning over a piano...it was so bad I asked the waiter and he said that thier normal singer was at a wedding so this one who is not actually a vocalist was filling in. OMG DO NOT GO HERE $245 for NOTHING BUT A trip to taco bell after...the waiter saidbthe mayor owns this place shame on him
