I haven't had Mr. JIM'S since covid lock down. I guess since people were ordering non stop the food was fresh. Recently, on my order I didn't think anything special of the pizza or wings. It must be the crust! I remember ordering buttery crust. It used to be better than major chains but not this time. It hardly had any pizza sauce.

Usually my reviews are ones that promote the business…but this one will not be that Review. My experience on 9/9/23 was not satisfactory at all. The employees were gathered outside smoking, playing in their and talking. Which normally is not my concern as long as my order is correct. The employees went back inside to make orders but not one person washed their hands or put on gloves. I waited the usual 15 minutes for my order and it was hot and fresh. When I made it home and started eating…I noticed a long stringy hair baked into the crust. So of course my family was not about to eat any of it. Since it was after business hours I waited to inform them the following day. I called and let them know the situation and offered to return the items since we weren’t able to eat them. Unfortunately they only offered us 1 pizza and I informed them that my 3 children did not eat the night before due to the hair baked into the food. I wanted to return the items to have them remade or the option to reorder elsewhere. Ultimately I did receive a refund but this has tarnished our relationship...especially since I drive out of my way for this particular location.

First time ordering from this Mr. Jim’s and it was wrong. Ordered Jimstix with pepperoni and two pizzas with garlic Parmesan crust. We called and they said to bring the pizza back and they’ll remake the Jimstix. So we did and they literally poured straight up butter on the crust. Definitely not what I had in mind when ordering garlic Parmesan crust. Who pours just straight up butter on a crust! We rarely order pizza and the one time we do, we’re beyond disappointed.

Updated Review: TL;DR at the end. After reaching out to the email in their response, I spoke with Valerie, the manager. She explained she was out helping with deliveries since the weather was bad that day and they were short on drivers. She apologized for the service and food we had received. She then offered a credit for the meal. I explained that very was nice of her, but I just wanted to make my issue known. I said it may be a little while before we decide to try again, since we were very leery about taking another chance. I told her I normally wouldn't have said anything, but 3 strikes on one order was too much. She understood and said the credit will be there if we change our minds. So FF to now, about a month later. We decided to give them another chance and reordered the last order. I say, everything was spot on. Nothing was burnt, it was ready on time, and my wife's pizza was cut how she likes. The other order was probably just a one-off, since everything usually is great here. Thank you again Valerie!TL;DL: They replaced the meal at no charge and everything was delicious. And they lived happily ever after. The end.Original Review: Paid almost $50 for burnt pizza and bread buds that took 40 minutes instead of the 15-20 minutes to make that wasn't even cut how we asked.

-**PLEASE ADVISE**-Girl with the red/pink hair who worked the closing shift on April 10th probably had a bad day and took it out on me. Apparently you’re not allowed to go through the front door. She was irked and made it known that she prefers customers to go through the drive thru so she doesn’t have to walk all the way to the register. good pizza , wrong attitude. Take it out on your management and not on your customers.Will be my first and last time coming here.

My mother in law suggested this place, when she ordered her pizza it was hot and delicious! The veggies were perfectly cooked. I immediately ordered again for myself lol. Food came freshly made and both delivery drivers were extremely nice. ?
