Amazing food and great customer service! My daughters and I LOVED the music playing along with the music videos and kept them very entertained.

Unfortunately, my experience was super underwhelming. Compared to the price the amount of food was super disappointing. I asked for a refund and my request was granted. I appreciate the customer service I received.

The last time I was here was 4 years ago, I revisited for lunch since I was in the area. Menu looked the same as before, portion was average, the food took about 8-10 minutes to come out in a hot bowl. Overall okay, but Gangnam rice is probably my prefer place for arlington.

Food was phenomenal! I ordered the Seoul bowl and everything was made perfectly. Beef was well seasoned and the steamed dumplings appetizers were really tasty. Servers were incredibly nice and the service was great! They instructed us how to order the bowls which was really helpful for a first- timer like me. Ambiance was good with the k-pop music playing in the background, but there were moments where it got silent all of a sudden and things got awkward (it was only me and my friend in the restaurant during this time so it got even more quiet). Overall I loved the place! Highly recommend it!

Food was wonderful, and the service was great. I wished I could've eaten outside but the speakers on the twisted root are so loud. Not this places fault though.

Surprised anyone is saying they're fast. We ordered 2 takeout meals, and 2 dine-in tables who came after us got their food a good 10 min before us. One of our meals was ready like 10 min before the other, getting cold. It took 30 min for 2 bowls.Paying $45 for 2 and having to wait 30 min (after people who came in after us) is nuts.

Food and ambiance is great! Always get great service here. The only downside is sometimes the vegetables taste like they've been cooked for a while.

Great food, generous portion sizes, and a relaxed ambiance with K-pop music in the background. All the bowls come with your choice of protein (fried chicken, grilled chicken, short ribs, beef, tofu, pork, etc.), lots of rice, japche (noodles), a veggie egg roll, and a salad. You also get a free bottle of water (which they let you recycle) with every bowl.In addition, they have various other sides and appetizers. We tried the steamed chicken dumplings, and they were delicious. They also have self-serve miso soup, but we haven't tried that yet. It's a great place to sit down and eat if you want a cheap, balanced, and delicious meal.

My wife and I came here for a quick lunch while in Arlington. The serve was okay. It was the first time we had ground beef in a bibimbop and in the japchae. The rice cake sauce was not balanced and the hoisin sauce was very strong. Fortunately, the short ribs tasted pretty good. They did not have diet sodas available, but they did give free bottle water. The service was okay. The ambiance is okay, but the K-Pop music was too loud to enjoy a nice conversation.

The food was delicious and the portions were huge. The bulgolgi meat was very good. I do wish we got more kimchi but overall it was delicious.

We got The Seoul, Do You Know Tofu, a Dae Bak, and a Yaki Mandu. The food was pretty good. The tofu had a lot of flavor, and the pork from the Dae Bak was very tender and flavorful. The Yaki Mandu tastes just like Bibigo dumplings, and I love those. They give free bottled water, which is a very nice gesture. Parking can be a pain. Seems to be street parking and limited.
