Went in for an early dinner Friday evening. Everything was fresh and neat. The waiter was friendly and attentive. $16.99 for adults and $10.99 for kids was a good deal. The restaurant was not very busy at the time so everything was pretty well stocked. They also had soup and dessert.

Drinks were flat . Buffet was TERRIBLE , Options at the buffet are TERRIBLE , the hot food wasn’t hot , the sushi station wasn’t cold , I’m pretty sure the temperature system doesn’t even work on the food stations . Waste of time and money

Customer service is the worst, my waitress was Shriani. As a first time customer here I was seated and not even offered a menu I was told I just had to get my own sushi from an open bar. EVERYTHING was cold. Even the cooked sushi was cold. Even the sprite I order tasted bad. I had a pregnancy craving for sushi and this place makes me want to cry.

Tempura and soup was cold. Too bad the cooks couldn't keep the buffet stocked. Waited awhile for the Tempura. Did not know this was a buffet if I had I wouldn't have gone as I only wanted Tempura and it was not deveined. The servers were excellent the only redeeming quality.

I'd rather eat dog shit than their sushi. You're better off saving your money and going to a dog park with a bag because that's the same quality you'll get here but the dog park is free if you want to eat dog shit.

Buffet style was great and gave me the opportunity to sample everything. I guess I'm kinda hard on sushi restaurants due to the fact that I lived in Seattle many years and had it ocean to table. The food and price point was on point.

I don’t think I’ve been to a sushi buffet and a really long time however, none of the sushi in the buffet looked fresh, when I came in and requested a fresh roll is whenever I saw all the sushi being swapped out ??? the sushi was good for the price (5/6$ per roll) but I couldn’t see myself paying 17$ for the buffet. We came in and we got seated in the server didn’t even tell us what we could do didn’t ask us if this was our first time there didn’t really guide us to anything, and I felt like I was bothering him. Even though he was asking me questions if I needed anything else, he went and got my stuff, then told me that I could’ve gotten it myself. That being said, how are you tracking if people are at the buffet, or just doing your job for you?
Just moved to the area so we are looking for a good sushi spot. This was not it. Sushi connoisseurs/people who enjoy real sushi steer clear. Tried their buffet and they had very little choices to choose from and don't seem to refill what's out often, so it's understandable why their tables were quite empty. Flavors of their simple rolls and hot foods were very lack-luster. We will definitely be looking elsewhere.

It's not fine dining, but the sushi is good. I've seen a drop in customers since that new place opened, but Ninja hasn't lost a beat. Still the same service and smiling faces. I will still be there.
If you love sushi (rolls), this is for you! They have a great cold salad bar, hot soup bar, and hot food area!
