I was at the panda express on little road in arlington texas and i placed a mobile order and i arrived early and the two ladies at front said that they didn’t have it and they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have a ticket when they clearly had my confirmation number. She said it very rude and i almost cancelled my order because she was not being accommodating. I was very upset and she sent me out of the line to park in the parking lot. Kid you not less than five minutes after i parked i got the text that my order is ready. When I got back in the line i had to wait because there was a line of cars. So unecceptable and i won’t be returning.The name of the lady is María R

First the girl working drive through tried to tell us they were out of ?. Since this has happened the past few times we went...we knew they were lying. She tried to say they were closing soon and had cleaned everything up. I had looked it up on maps and it said they closed at 10:30. The time was 9:30 when we were going through the headache of ordering. So she said we could wait and it would be 10min...then switched it to 20min attempting to get us to just leave. We said we would wait and she took the order. Then proceeded to have us pull to the front. She comes out saying she didn't have one of the items we ordered. My husband then changed to grilled ckn and she said they also had grilled steak so he says that would be fine. She goes in and comes.back saying they have no steak. My husband then went in with her to see kwhat he would get instead and couldn't believe what he saw. Everything was still out (they hadn't cleaned anything up already like she tried to make us believe. They had been in there looking for a spoon I guess cuz it was all there and could have been boxed up a long time ago!! Unfortunately for them my husband and I weren't as dumb as they apparently thought we were. This is a great way to go out of buisness!! Good luck to you if you try to order a meal here. Uggh!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Thanks for reading!!

The food was yummy but the service was awful. They did not let us get sweet tea on the kids meal. They made me upgrade so i can get it. And when i taste the tea it waset even sweet tea, tasted like peach tea with no sugar. Then when we opened the food it was very little portioned compared to other pandas.?that is go to.

I know you guys aren't going to believe this, but I walked into the Panda Express on Little Road, on a Friday night BEFORE 8:30 PM. There was only ONE guy in the dining room, eating by himself. The drive thru may have had THREE cars max. For some reason, the staff couldn't keep up with the flow of business. There were two people in front of me waiting for there food. After waiting for at least five minutes, I wasn't even acknowledged. No one can to me to explain to me why they couldn't take my order right away. I simply walked out the door.My dad told me "We're already here. We may as well go through the drive thru." I said sure. All I wanted was a bowl of shrimp. The guy at the drive thru said that it would be a TEN MINUTE WAIT! I thought; "Wow! Your customer service INSIDE sucks, and so does your drive thru." This of course is a management issue.Everybody deserves a second shot. so, we wound up going to the one on South Cooper, (across the street from WalMart. A kid named Kaden R. took my order almost immediately. I was in and out of there in LESS than five minutes. I'm glad I got to eat a Panda Express. I'm also very thankful for this experience, so I can save all of you the hassle. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THE PANDA EXPRESS ON LITTLE ROAD ANY TIME AFTER 6:00 PM! IT IS SEVERLY A POORLY MANAGED STORE! The store on South Coper is much better!

We just waited for 7 minutes while 3 employees packed an order and literally said nothing to us! Just a hello and we’ll be with you would have been great but they avoided eye contact and acted like we weren’t standing there. We like the food but this location has terrible service. Choose a different Panda location if you want food.

I showed up at 8:30 and tried to dine in for the first time ever and was turned around because they said what was there is the only thing available and not nothing but scraps they said the kitchen closes at eight? By the location closes at 11? Doesn’t make any sense just sounds like workers are trying to get three hours of free time they need to hire different people different management because this was so ridiculously silly and also very annoying especially trying to drive to the location to eat and you plan a whole day where you gonna stop and eat and something like this comes up because of peoples laziness
