I have never had such a small amount of stuff between 2 pieces of bread until today. The only redeeming quality is that, where the meat and stuff actually is, is good. This is ridiculous. I paid $14 for this. Normally, I adore Panera. I won't make the mistake of coming back to this one again.

It wasn't very busy, but we waited 25 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches. They forgot to give us our cinnamon roll (which we realized before leaving). Upon getting back to the Airbnb, all 4 of the breakfast sandwiches were missing sausage. Not the experience I'm used to when visiting Panera.

Really?? So I walk into this place with my daughter. The young lady at front looks at me, and doesn’t say hi no greeting nothing! I asked the mgr If she spoke English!! Poor customer service…we walked straight out. Mgr didn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t dare come here again!

I go to Panera quite often and have never had a bad experience until this morning. I ordered a egg and cheese on a brioche bun on the app. I picked up my order and was ready to devour it. I bit into the sandwich, and I immediately notice something didn't taste right. It had bacon on it! I have been pork free (pescatarian) for over 2 years now. Before I jumped to conclusions, I had to make sure I didn't order the wrong sandwich...I didn't. I'm glad I was sitting in my car. I immediately took it back in. When the guy at the register took it back to where they prepare the sandwiches, and told the young lady what happened, she had the audacity to laugh as if it was a joke. No ma'am! Not cool. Not wanting to, she made the sandwich correctly. My appetite was ruined by this time. I get it, people make mistakes, but at least be apologetic.

Order was supposed to be ready at my arrival. Got email saying order is ready for pickup. I arrived and it wasn’t at the pickup shelf. Counter person told me they were working on it, I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Come to find out someone else grabbed my order. It took them that long to figured it out. Wasted all my lunchtime there.

Great service but the size portion to the price is horrible. I ordered 2 large homemade chicken soups and 1 large Mac and cheese. I paid almost $30 and there was barely any chicken or veggies in my soup. Mainly broth, 1 small piece of chicken and a view veggies. The cups they come in are small themselves.

First off we ordered 3 steak and cheese sandwiches and they gave us 3 tuna instead. I called the store when i found out i had the wrong order they didn’t answer so today i call back and they said they will refund it . ARON THE MANAGER TO BE EXACT. So my husband goes up there to pick up the refund and he says he cant refund it because its not showing up in the system so then i ask him well did you check to see if the tuna sandwiches we got back instead is in there and he said no he didn’t. I told him well if they clearly rung it up wrong you should see what we got back instead of what we actually ordered. Why would you not only mess up the order but then say you will refund it then when he gets there you wont . On top of that you didn’t even check to see if what we got back was in the system instead of what we ordered. I spent almost $40 on some nasty tuna sandwiches that i didn’t even order . Then when i try to call back they don’t even answer the phone. This location is terrible.

Never really do bad reviews but 15$ on a tuna sandwich found a hair inside the sandwich. Got it delivered so didnt check until we opened it at home had to throw it out. Waste of money. No stars

It was July 23rd. We ordered our food, and grabbed our cups. We went to get some water for tea. It wasn't at our desired temp, however Vanity hooked us up with some hot water. She saved the night. Later on, our food was ready and to our surprise, the crew gave us both free cookies and a written note of thanks. Aaron and Vanity's customer service is beyond satisfactory, it is exemplary. They both deserve to be given raises, if not promotions for their bravery and their kindness. I love them.

Not the best organized for take out orders but the location is why I keep coming back. Check your full order before leaving. They have forgotten the bread bowl on a soup and a whole teriyaki bowl. One time I came and my order had been taken by someone else and they had to remake my order.

Sandwich was pretty good but had to wait over 15 minutes for it after ordering. I personally think they are very expensive for what you get.

I usually don't leave reviews for fast-casual restaurants like Panera, but I wanted to mention that it is worth noting that it is NOT worth getting their new chicken sandwiches. I visited on a Monday evening after seeing an ad for their new chicken sandwiches. Panera food is always decent, so I thought I'd give it a try. The place was fairly empty so I was able to order and grab a seat immediately. I got a you-pick-two with the spicy chicken sandwich and tomato soup. My order was ready fairly quickly, and I got the food. Well, first thing is - I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but they gave me the regular chicken sandwich. I had already took a bite before I noticed it and it really wasn't a big deal, so I was fine, but as soon as I took a bite, I knew I was disappointed. The chicken patty was so soggy as if it was just out there for the entire day, maybe just microwaved. The entire sandwich lacked so much flavor that I had to add mayo to eat the sandwich. Also, the croutons in the tomato soup were so stale. At this point, they were more chewy than crunchy. The soup itself was OK, but can I just say I paid $19 for a meal at Panera and I did not get what Panera's standards of food. I was honestly really disappointed -- probably more of a 2 star, but I'm bumping it up a star because Panera usually does it well and the service was good. But never am I doing the chicken sandwich again.

Thanks for lifting this Teachers Spirit with your wall sign! Every Location should have the Mgr's name on the door like your location! Your Staff were attentive & great! Enjoyed my 1st visit to your location. Regular location is Mansfield.
