I love Papa John's and I'm not one to complain, ever....but there was a piece of long hair on my pizza that got stuck between my teeth. Of course I'm totally disgusted and won't be eating the rest of it.Just saying y'all need to be wearing hairnets if you have long hair.

They were touching their phones and each other while making the pizzas. Not wearing clothes or washing hands. And the hygiene of one of the guys is terrible. Didn’t eat the food cause he opened my box and smushed his hand in my pizza crust before handing it to me.

Store #590. We placed an order 4 hours ago and it never got delivered. After not getting our order after an hour, I called to inquire about our order and was told the order was undeliverable because my address was red x'd.. they told me that they would remake and deliver it also if there was an issue I would be called (no call). We never received the order another hour later that they were not able to deliver. We'll, I now know why their reviews are so bad. This place just needs to shut down. It's a wonder why Dominos is doing so great.

Absolutely the worst pizza ever. Ordered sausage and onion. What they delivered was a cheese pizza with some onions. Sausage was laughable. Will not be ordering from this place again. Bland. No flavor.

They are the only pizza place that delivers to our new neighborhood in Kennedale. Had never tried papa John’s before moving in but were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Every delivery has been timely and fresh! Anytime we call for special instructions they make sure to make it happen.

Just another chain pizza joint that is producing sub-par pies at ridiculous prices. I'll stick to Corky's Brick Oven (New Haven Style) pizzas or Mama's Pizza.
The guy behind the counter wouldn't take my order in person. I was told I had to order and pay online.I'm tired of corporations scaling back services, asking customers to serve themselves, while still asking the customers to pay full price. If Papa John can't have someone there to take my order, maybe I'll go some place that does.

This place struggles badly having to deal with door-dash orders on top of the normal carry out. They seem to be more focused getting through the endless door dash orders than they do getting carry out customers on their way.

Took over 2hrs to deliver, tha manager wasn't even helpful, he hunged up on me when I try to find out why it's taking that long. ?
