Great ambience, tasty food, and our server Jaylen was lovely and very attentive. We really enjoyed the blackened catfish and chicken tenderloin. I should note that we had some difficulties booking a table on their website and over the phone, as the system only takes US phone numbers and we are visitors from abroad - ended up booking via Google.Vegetarian options: Not much in the way of vegetarian options.

Pappadeaux food is always great and I’ve visited 5 different locations within the metro. This location is my least favorite. The food here is good but the service is a hit or miss. Someone on their management team could use some additional training on how to deal with rude customers. Unfortunately I had to intervene in a situation with a rude customer because their management team did not know how to handle the situation. I would say that The N Tollway and Lombardy locations are my favorite.
Food is pretty good, service is a little slow when you have a large group. Facility needs a serious deep cleaning to include the bathrooms.
