First experience and last.. for the long wait and price point of the menu I had HIGH expectations and was highly disappointed…$17 for 8 nachos that tasted burnt you gotta be joking …neverrrr again will I wait an hour for such a measly plate of food

Prices have gone up since COVID. They also no longer offer a Happy Hour so that is disappointing! Food was flavorful but not worth the cost!! I ordered the enchilada plate (2 enchiladas with rice and beans) and it was like $20. I ordered a mango margarita and it was yummy but for a large did not even give me the slightest buzz and I am a light weight. Prior to COVID, it was 1 and done! We had a party of 3 adults and 2 children and the bill was $151. If you are looking for good Mexican food and drinks for half the price I would suggest On The Border! I probably will not be returning to Pappasitos!! Just not worth the $$.

Not the best experience. Literally had dinner with the tray and traystand and dirty plates next to me. Other servers kept stacking up other peoples dirty plates on the tray the server left there. What type of message are they giving the customer? We literally ordered a quesadilla and left. We would of ordered a full meal had we gotten the service we wanted, but server was more interested in taking care of the big party instead. I felt a mixture of indifference without a sense of urgency. Food was tasty but I won't be back to this brand. I could care less about the prices, Don't ever underestimate my spending power, however, if they were more focused on closing then anything else, why have a good time? I mean how could you spend a good time with the pressure of being in and out.

The food and service here never disappoints! We drive a couple of hours to dine here. It is always worth it. the Wave margaritas, yum. The best beef fajitas anywhere. My husband only orders the Shrimp Brochette and raves about it always.

Locals beware! - For Dumb Tourists only - "It's the Olive Garden of crappy Tex Mex" Seriously go here if you want low quality ingredients and mediocre Tex Mex for crazy $$$$.... Here's the example - $87 before tip for two people with fajitas and one beer each? WTH $20 for chicken quesadilla??!!?? They use store bought shredded cheese/ chicken and a tortilla for $20 There's a reason why locals don't go here - especially since you can go anywhere else for authentic Tex Mex at half of the price.

Very good quality food! You get lots for the price. Took a little for our waiter but not unreasonable. Great margaritas. Distanced tabled right now which is nice. Very impressed by it all.

We had an exceptional experience last Sunday. Our waiter, who’s name escapes me, was attentive, kind, and conversational. He made the experience so much better. He was from upstate NY!! Texas is lucky to have him. Our food of course was also delicious...that butter!!!

A friend was visiting from Paris and we thought some Mexican food would be good. Great selection for food & beverages. All 3 meals were cooked great. Chicken Quesadillas, Enchiladas were all tasty. Nice landscaping with flowing water around the entry. Inside various seating areas and covered patio. Vivid colors for a lively ambience.

UPDATED REVIEW: went back again last night and it was a complete turn around. The service was back to it's impeccable standards and we had never needed to ask for more water or anything extra. It was all provided before we even needed it which is awesome. You could tell they were training new folks and they still did an amazing job. Food was spot on and plentiful. Love the extra spicy sauce them made for us too. Thanks for getting back on track as yall are our favorite texmex experience. It was fair. Service has really gone down like they have a whole new staff that was just not up to par for what we pay. Very inattentive compared to what was the standard. We pay a premium for this experience and for special occasions and was given a fast food like experience. Food also seemed a lot more salty too.

If you go, be sure and get Ivan. Best server we have had in a while. Great food, great service. Will be back again, and again.

The best enchiladas, rice and beans! Yummy yummy. The crispy tacos only fall apart when you finish it. Lol. I love the food. It's expensive though, they're proud of their food. Still, it's a great product.

Food was good but service was terrible. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for table for 4. Had to sit outside and they wouldn't turn on the big fans. Assume they are short-staffed because there were plenty of empty tables. Brought fajitas without tortillas. Asked 3 times & waited 15 minutes for them. No water refills. Sad experience.
