The employees were beyond nice and helpful. But that's where the compliment ends. This was the hardest pastry and the hardest/driest piece of red velvet cake that I have ever had. If I lived closer and it wasn't raining, I would have taken returned them for a refund.

The Red Velvet was made to perfection! My friend from Louisiana ordered a cake for my birthday for me to pickup as a surprise. I wasn't able to make it before closing due to car issues & the staff was friendly & accommodating! I will definitely recommend to others looking for cakes!
I called Paris Bakery inquiring about an Apricot Coffee Cake they had on their shelves yrs. ago - later on it had to be ordered as it wasn't inc. w/their daily pastries. I spoke w/the man who runs the bakery & he was most accommodating & said yes they could make an Apricot CC for me - I also ordered a Cinnamon CC. They were ready on the day & time requested & were pictures of art!! My guests commented on how gorgeous they looked and the taste on both - UNBELIEVABLE!! I will be back. My daughter's birthday is Christmas and I had forgotten to get her a cake. On a chance on Christmas day, I drove to Paris Bakery early - someone was working, they let me in and provided me w/a birthday cake! Now that is truly service that I have never forgotten after all these yrs. Thank you Paris Bakery!!

Unbelievable a bakery would let this leave their store. My grandmothers 80th birthday cake for a really fancy party…..when asked what the splotches were the guy said “oh it’s fine… that’s just where some unmixed icing color got spread. It’ll taste fine” No discount was offered and it’s too late to get anyone else to do it. I think a full refund would have been in order. The crack down the middle is not just icing. The entire cake is cracked and did not slice up well.

Place is fantastic but customer service is so poor. The tall guy with long hair is so rude that you almost want to leave the store. I thought it was a one time occurrence but this is the 3rd time it happens. Such a rude and bad vibe type of service from the guy.

They should say that the cake you will receive is smaller than before that will avoid disappointment and look bad at your event. very disappointed. I've been buying for years and this time it was a bad experience

Just got a young coconut filling birthday cake today, and I’m very disappointed. There is whipping cream that so liquid like and there is no young coconut in filling cream!!????? The cake itself was not soft and moist!!!!!!!
