First time trying and it was disappointing. Went with a co worker we order the Cajun sauce and the sauce tasted like dirt or like It had gone bad. My co worker went as well and ordered the same thing. Never again willI visit this again they also refused to refund my money because they said the manager was not there avoid this place at all cost.

Apparently this restaurant does business as The Pasta Palace on Door Dash. Same address. Everything I ordered was great except the garlic bread. Absolutely no garlic flavor and no mozzarella cheese. I looks like only shredded parmesan was on it, and it had zero taste.

Ordered the Cajun chicken Alfredo, and there was NOTHING Cajun about it. Was very nasty, Sauce was watery, and there was absolutely NO seasoning. The chicken tasted as if it had been boiled and mixed in afterwards. WASTE OF MONEY, never again! Only reason I don’t have photos is because I threw it away after one bite.

Tried the Spaghetti and Meatballs and the Twisted Mac & Chicken with Pesto Cream Sauce. Ordered meat sauce on the side as I prefer my spaghetti extra juicy. Son said Twisted Mac & Chicken was pretty good and would probably order it again. Spaghetti and meatballs was nice too, but as suspected, not enough sauce for my taste. However, the additional meat sauce made all the difference, had great flavor which elevated the entire dish, IMO. Bread sticks were interesting, soft, chewy and well seasoned.

I found them through DoorDash, and ordered and picked up myself. I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo, an order breadsticks, two dipping sauces, as well as spaghetti with meat sauce for my mother.The portion sizes are enough for two meals. My mother and I both had the same feeling, but the food was good, but there’s just something missing to make it amazing. But I will definitely be back and excited to try something different.

My first visiting the atmosphere is great a little slow on the crew so no wait it was quick. The gentleman at the counter had no personality it’s like he didn’t even want to get bothered, expressions and movements says a lot overall the food was great the breadstick had a little after taste that wasn’t pleasant but would definitely return..

Basically thus place forces you to use self order menu. I told the manager penny I did not want to use this feature that I prefer to other through her . She refused me hands down. Customer service is not a priority here. I definitely wouldn't have her working for me loosing customers money for my business.
