HORRIBLE service. I went here with my family and the waitress COMPLETELY ignored us. She went to the back to cut lemons for 20 mins instead of greeting us. We left the restaurant and went to the one next door instead. Clearly she doesn’t care for an ounce of good service and I will never be coming back here again.

Food was okay, relatively expensive! Other Viet restaurants have better dishes at a lower price! But the “gau” is terrible, barely has any fat ; so be sure to ask them if their “gau” has the fat you expect !

Came in tonight and we ordered bún thịt nướng nem nướng, cơm chiên dương châu, and chén gầu. The vermicelli and fried rice was pretty good tbh ; however, the chén gầu is completely a nightmare!!! When we asked if they brought us the wrong item (looks more like “chín”) , they said this is the “gầu” and they just had no fat ???100000000% ridiculous and i told them that next time please tell customers ahead of time that your “gầu” barely has any fat !!! Never experience this any pho restaurant before :)

I used to love this place! I believe they have been through a change in management. The service is so bad, the portion of the food is now reduced, i asked them about it and they just said it is as it is. Never again!

I don't normally write review but today I just feel I have the need for it. My hubby and I recently moved from San Francisco to Southlake Texas. Finding a decent Pho Restaurant around here is not easy. Pho Mai is above average with the pho. We came here once or twice a month. We came in today around 11 ish for our regular Pho. Walking in we were greeted by a older lady which didn't give a crab about our existence. We seated ourselves and then come ordering super rude. I told my hubby let's walk out but he insisted to stay. Then come out food and then pay. Never once the old lady speak to us or smile or anything. Look Angry the whole time. Never come back here again

I have never had pho where it was questionable! First I have to agree with other reviewers! We were in town for the Football game and found this place to get Pho. The waitress was rude! Couldn’t understand what I ordered from the menu. I asked for extra bean sprouts and the waitress looked at me and laughed and asked another person what I was asking for. She never came to check on us, left dirty dishes and I wanted to place another order for egg rolls. I waved at her to get her attention and she just brought the check. I asked for egg rolls and she brought the menu and sorta tossed it and said pick…She was unhappy that she had to revise the bill. Never again. I have no idea what was wrong with the beef but it was very fatty and sloppy.

They got my order wrong after I pointed to the picture of the menu, I told her the name of what I wanted and I told her the number. She confirmed and still brought me the wrong order. She blamed it on my and made us pay for the meal we didn’t touch. And when we got home we noticed they charged us for our meal 4 times. This place is garbage and they’ll scam you out of money like they did us. Lunch ended up costing us $167 for 2 people. We are disputing this with our bank.

Very good and authentic Vietnamese Pho. You cannot go wrong with Pho Mai, they also have other dishes beside Pho. Good place to eat in Arlington.

Will never go back.... The waitress spoke very little English and when my husband ordered he knew that, so he said what he wanted 3 different ways (description of dish, letter/number combo and pointed on the menu). Well they brought out the wrong dish. She then blamed it on him and proceeded to make us pay for the wrong dish.We did not argue simply paid the bill. When asked if we wanted to take the wrong dish home. We again told the waitress, no that is not what we ordered we don't want it.I understand confusion can happen but we did everything on our end to be clear with our order and should not have been expected to pay for the waitresses error.

If you don't know Viet food is not like any other, pho was good, M2 is kind of sweet but I didn't know what I was ordering it was my fault. the egg roll were good and Kristina. The ribs were kind of hard but really good flavor
