Long time diner but first time at the new location off Matlock near the Arlington hospital. Cute place it was sure an upgrade! Pho is consistent here and portions are generous! Service is a-okay your typical Asian establishment.

The best pho in Texas. My friends and family have been eating here for years and it has always been excellent. Their classic menu items are second to none, but at the same time they are not afraid to add new tasteful dishes to the menu making each trip better than the last. If you are in the mood for authentic Vietnamese cuisine you must give Pho Pasteur a try!

A year later and this restaurant still has some of the best broth. However I did order from them via UberEats and when I received my order my meat smelled and tasted funky. I ended up tossing the meat and eating just the pho it was still amazing as always.

Pho Pasteur is a must-visit spot! They recently moved locations but we have been loving Pho Pasteur since their original location off Center and Pioneer. Their pho is outstanding - rich broth, perfect noodles. Beyond pho, their menu offers fresh, traditional delights. Cozy ambiance. Family owned with great service. Highly recommended!
